Lazy workers. Would not give me water when every other Starbucks gives water, practically company policy at this point. Bad customer service, probably a university student who needs to take a course in hospitality.

This Starbucks isn’t associated completely with the Starbucks Franchise. You can’t pay with the app and you can’t collect stars. The size of their espresso shots are much smaller than other Starbucks, so getting a caramel macchiato, when mixed, looks the color of almond milk. When adding an extra shot, it’s still not the same color as the normal macchiatos from other free-standing branches. I have been at FSU for 7 years and their coffee has been consistently made like this that entire time. Baristas are nice and good atmosphere but can’t get over how stingy they are with their coffee, the owners/management need to fix their portions.

Im tired of my coffee being the color of milk. When I as for light cream, that means "light on the cream" not "put the normal amount of cream in anyways". Y'all need to listen to your customers.

This is the closest Starbucks from my work. The Summer's are the quietest, otherwise there is generally a good student crowd most of the time. The coffee is great as usual. There are breakfast options and also in-store Starbucks merchandise. Seating arrangement are adequate, with option of indoor and outdoor. Free WiFi. Good place to grab a drink and keep working on your project.

Busy place as always, barista was new and struggling to understand what we wanted. We ended up getting the correct beverage so that's what matters. If you need coffee and there isn't a closer local coffee shop then this will do.
