Drive through sucks. We sat here for 10 minutes. I finally call and they finally take the order of the person in front of me. Meanwhile they have people walking in the store giving there order then sitting down. Finally ordered and got food within 10 minutes. Got my drink with the lasy " oh it kind of spilling be careful" I readjusted the lid after it split all in my car. Guess what it's not spilling any more!

Easily the fastest, most consistent coffee shop drive thru in town. All the employees are great but Sam is especially so, and they’re always happy to give pup cups to the gremlins in the back seat.

Plenty of parking place was clean, came here to study. Wasn't bothered by anyone. Coffee came out quick and customer service was good.everything you would expect from Starbucks. Same great service would not hesitate to stop again.
Finding a Starbucks in Tallahassee is, without a doubt, one of the most difficult things to locate. Service, regardless of which Starbucks you utilize, nationwide, is always slowwww. When you pick up your order, always, always, always check it before leaving.
Vegetarian options: This is a coffee shop with standard grab and go meals. Probably not the best option for a vegetarian and/or vegan.
Dietary restrictions: I would imagine that if you are concerned with dietary restrictions, this probably shouldn't be your first option.

First time here, I ordered a grande coffee with Splenda & half & half & a breakfast sandwich. When I got to work the coffee had a splash of half & half, I expect a little more in the coffee than that. It was almost black. I had to use powdered creamer at my job to be able to drink the coffee. The cashier ignored me from start to finish. I don't think I'll be back to this location. I wish Starbucks would have never got rid of the creamer urns & sugar packets that you can help yourself to. I rather put my own stuff in then the servers do it.

Is it me, or is Starbucks losing what used to make them unique. It is not just this location but since covid it seems like they dont have the quick service and witty baritistas they had that made the visit fun, this location seemed like the employees were struggling waiting on customers, they moved slow. They had like 8 people working behind the counter, and only 4 or 5 people there were waiting for their orders, but we waited for 15 min just to put our order in and that was after we had to ask someone to take our order. We will not be re-visiting this location.
