It was actually not busy on this one day. Barristers greeted you with a warm welcome and smile. Our order came out quicklyand the food was at the perfect temperature. Great customer service!

Staff was ABSOLUTELY rude and my drink was horrible. I also witnessed a Lyft driver come in and was denied restroom service when that is not standard policy for ANY Starbucks I’ve EVER been to. The driver even offered to pay for an item and the worker was very rude about it. Will not be coming back 0/10. I’m big on customer service, no matter who it is and that was completely unacceptable.

This is the best Starbucks in Tallahassee! I'm typically in & out of drive through in less than 2 minutes, but the line still moves with a purpose when they are busy. My coffee tastes consistent each time, and the whole staff are incredibly pleasant. They also don't burn the sandwhiches!

Posted hours are until 8:30 pm but lobby was closed at 6:30 pm when I got there ... no apparent reason drive thru had only one or 2 cars I wish Starbucks had a competitir

I am allergic to the tea that is used to make some one their drink, I always get it custom to be switched with something else. I never had an issue with it before at this location and others nearby. Today I was told it’s a policy issue they’re not allowed.

I just wanna know why starbucks is falsely advertising your bogo coffee days? It's supposed to be buy one get one free but it's not free.. you buy one and get one 10$ off.. how's that free?? My coffee cost almost 18$ might as well say but one get one half off???♀️?♀️ I'm really getting tired of Starbucks. Your staff sucks and is rude as hell at all most every single one in Tallahassee. Not to mention you don't wanna give out trenti cups of ice... I mean seriously it's just Freaking ice ? Do better Starbucks!!
