The restaurant was dirty, all tables had crumbs, the restroom toilets were clogged and smelt bad. The employee went into clean/unclog toilets in the bathroom wearing the same clothes she was serving food in with no safety gear. I went with family, the boys said there was no soap in the men’s restroom meaning that employees were cooking food with unclean hands. We were concerned about getting sick after leaving the restaurant. An older woman came in, she was confused on how to work the machines, I watched the employees completely ignore her. I was able to help her put her order in, afterwards I wanted to use sanitizer but the machines were out. I normally do not leave poor reviews but I genuinely feel that many health codes are being violated and feel that I should say something. We used to enjoy coming to get a burger and a milkshake every now and then but this will be our last visit.

Ive been here a few times while visiting the ex. It's not badly priced. Good quality good. Better deal than five guys trust me lol. I think u can only get 3 refills with that scanner machine.

I walked in and I got my meal to go, like I always do however when I got home my sandwich was all wrong so I decided to call and speak to the manager and when she told me to hold on she hung up on me. My order was so simple and anyone with good reading skills could have made my sandwich correctly.This is not the 1st time they have messed up my order. I use to love going to Steak n Shake but now I won't be going back.

In drive thru at 11 pm and told they were closed for the day. Rude and inconsiderately handled
Waited almost 40 minutes for our food. Took about as long as a sit down restaurant. Not worth the price and wait time.
