I need this subway to get a scanner so customers can get there rewards. The subway is ripping customers off because they don’t have a scanner so customers can get half off sandwiches and rewards. They are doing this on purpose so customers can’t use there rewards. Worst subway in Tallahassee

One dude by himself, who just stares at us while doing mobile orders instead of saying “be with you shortly” or some other bare minimum phrase. Wilted lettuce and some suspicious tomatoes. No working bathroom? Isn’t that against health code?

I placed an online pick up order; requested toasted sub and extra veggies. My sub was not toasted nor did I receive extra veggies. I had to ask for a straw and no napkin(s) in bag when I returned to work.

I placed an order through the official Subway app using a valid digital coupon. The app confirmed my order and said it was “Ready for Pickup.” I drove out there during my lunch break—only to be told by the staff that they “don’t accept that coupon.”

When I explained that the order had already gone through and was marked ready, they voided it on the spot with no apology or attempt to make it right. I did receive a refund eventually, but the whole experience was frustrating and a waste of time and gas.

If a location doesn’t accept digital coupons, the app should block that order before it’s placed. Terrible coordination between the app and store.

I went there at around 12:20 in the afternoon. I was in line and was reading my coupon just to make sure. As soon as I was served the employee saw me reading the coupon and told me they don’t accept coupon in that subway. Well that was my go to place for lunch because I work in one of the state buildings and it’s close but I guess I won’t be going there again. I always pay regular price on sandwiches so I don’t understand why they don’t accept it this one time. No explanation so Sorry Subway, will not go there again, I rather get in my car and go to another place to eat.

It is no longer Subway. It's just a logo now. This is just a deli that smells like Subway, has the new S logo all over, but the food is mediocre and not the original ingredients. The service is horrible. They skimp on ingredients and charge twice as much as before. Go to Publix or a real deli

This is one of the WORST Subway stores In Tallahassee. I will drive to the other side of town, 30 minutes away and give my money to another store before I give this location another penny. The man that is usually taking orders is so RUDE it’s ridiculous, I mean no customer service skills WHATSOEVER. They also short you on the items on your sub, you’ll be eating bread and condiments how they fix it. 0/10 would not recommend, please spend your money at a restaurant that actually cares about the satisfaction of their customers!

This place is so unprofessional. I placed an order & realized I placed it at the wrong location I automatically called to cancel the order. First off the person who answered the phone I couldn't understand them I kept saying excuse me. Then for them 2 say they can't refund my more or just make another order is so ridiculous. I don't understand why I can't get a refund on something I didn't receive 😕.... I tried to give it 0 star but couldn't!!!

Today around 12pm I went through the drive thru & ordered a #21 & 4 Macadamia Cookies. I drove off expecting the sub to be correct but once I got home I realized I was given the #23, an Italiano Sub. I was very disappointed. I drove back to the establishment, the woman & young man were not apologetic about my order being rung up incorrect. I was provided NO RECEIPT until I asked for it & then realized it was incorrectly rung up but I remained calm. The woman proceeded to let me know there is a $2.50 upcharge for the #21 even though the young man on the headset rung my order up incorrectly which means he got my order wrong. I agreed to pay & asked for my receipt, I got rung up for 3 cookies. This was a terrible experience & I pray that you all learn better customer service and also learn to take accountability when the establishment is in the wrong. Thank you for correcting the mistake but for you all to be empathetic & more considerate would have been greatly appreciated!
