This place is so unprofessional. I placed an order & realized I placed it at the wrong location I automatically called to cancel the order. First off the person who answered the phone I couldn't understand them I kept saying excuse me. Then for them 2 say they can't refund my more or just make another order is so ridiculous. I don't understand why I can't get a refund on something I didn't receive 😕.... I tried to give it 0 star but couldn't!!!
Today around 12pm I went through the drive thru & ordered a #21 & 4 Macadamia Cookies. I drove off expecting the sub to be correct but once I got home I realized I was given the #23, an Italiano Sub. I was very disappointed. I drove back to the establishment, the woman & young man were not apologetic about my order being rung up incorrect. I was provided NO RECEIPT until I asked for it & then realized it was incorrectly rung up but I remained calm. The woman proceeded to let me know there is a $2.50 upcharge for the #21 even though the young man on the headset rung my order up incorrectly which means he got my order wrong. I agreed to pay & asked for my receipt, I got rung up for 3 cookies. This was a terrible experience & I pray that you all learn better customer service and also learn to take accountability when the establishment is in the wrong. Thank you for correcting the mistake but for you all to be empathetic & more considerate would have been greatly appreciated!

I placed an online order. The app told me that my food was ready for pickup. I arrived 5-10 minutes after getting the notification that my food was ready for pickup. Upon my arrival, I was told by a worker that my order hadn’t even been made. Not only had my order not been made, I had to bring in my license to verify my order before it was made.

Food taste old and the workers were not very communicative. The churro was microwaved and very bland. They don't advertise the fact that they don't take coupons no note or anything. The three workers there weren't very organized and were all over the place.

Horrible experience!! I went last Saturday it was drive thru only me and my friend was in a Uber. While trying to order at the drive thru the worker inside rushed my order thru the drive thru wouldn’t let me speak. He repeated the order to me after being rude. After receiving my food I went home opened the sub to see it was nothing on there that he repeated to me. I wanted the sub so bad I went back before closing. I told him my sub was wrong he allowed me inside as he continue to tell me that was the right sub in a rude manner. He takes gloves and opens the sub and looks over it. As he continues to search for the items that I said was not on there. I just wanted my items on there, and we would have been fine. He takes the sub he was just looking all through and tries to put the toppings on that sandwhich he played over. I asked him to make me a new sandwhich he refused to saying I’m adding your toppings and there is nothing wrong with putting on the sub he just played thru. My Uber driver was a prior customer that had the exact same altercation with the same man about him being rude and not giving the proper customer service nor quality food. If he didn’t step in the man was not going to remake my food properly nor remake the sandwhich over again. While doing so in a such a rude & attitude manor.

Subway Must Accept Your Digital Coupons
Starting Dec. 28, 2023. Subway will require all franchises to honor all digital deals. That info comes from an internal memo from Subway that was leaked to the public. Subway is requiring all locations to:
Honor all digital programs and programs, including loyalty rewards and digital discounts
Participate in loyalty incentive programs designed to attract new loyalty members
The memo also says that Subway will not reimburse the franchise locations for honoring these programs, which may be why many sites choose not to participate. According to a recent thread on Reddit, user wonderlesswrld (who identified themselves as a Subway general manager) said that franchise owners "pay Subway 12.5% royalties." That percentage is paid for the amount of a sale before a coupon is used. With restaurants' already skinny profit margins, accepting coupons under that condition may be a loss for some franchises.

Decided today is my last time spending my money at this particular Subway. The man that works there is beyond rude. At night, when a car pulls up he hollers "WHATS THE PICK UP NAME" to every customer in the drive thru. I always tell him thank you, have a great day with a smile and he just scowls . One day he put his entire body weight on my car mirror while handing me my meal (luckily it did not break or I'd be posting this from jail). Today I got my regular order that is usually $13 . I handed him $15 , he said it was $15.57 . So i gave him the extra dollar even though thats odd my order was that high. He didn't even give me my change back! I will be filing an official complaint to the corporate office.
