The customer service was almost as great as the subs lol. I can’t choose which was best. Me and my coworker loved the service so much we ate here everyday for a week straight. The 2 guys that work there are excellent with taking your order and the food was definitely fresh. Thanks for the great service! If you happen to stop and enjoy the service don’t forget to tip and if you enjoyed the food don’t forget to go back and enjoy more! They also take coupons ?

Evidently, the new management does not honor Subway Coupons or Subway Apps. Therefore I will never be back. They have one very pleasant employee named Jane...everyone else, I've met there has been abrupt and /or non caring. Good luck Subway...I'll be eating someone else's sandwich!

Th lady behind the counter is very disrespectful. No energy no customer service looks drained and drunk to be honest. Didn't give me napkins , and then when asked just put the napkins on the counter instead of handing it to me. She just gave me my cookies, and didn't ask if I wanted them warmed up. I asked for a manager she yelled iam the manager was the rudest, and played reverse physcology infoming me i have bad energy when she approached me nasty. Doesn't deserve to be apart of this establishment at all.

I went here because I had a coupon in the mail for buy one get one free on foot long subs. I get in there and present the coupon and it turns out none of the Tallahassee locations are honoring this particular coupon. This is a bait and switch. To be fair the staff was SUPER professional and nice but after this I am never visiting Subway ever again. I didn't eat it often anyhow but after this they'll get no more of my money.
