Ordered on DoorDash a foot long pretzel twice didn't get either time first time they where very helpful second time they took my money so will not be buying anything from here for awhile if you can't do anything about it take it as a option off your door dash website and don't take people's money even if it's 4 dollars still something everything else was wonderful though.

Garbage staff, garbage management. They accept your order on the app, cancel it for nonsense (ie crooked business practices) reasons, hold on to funds until they are able to refund it days later. Management is rude and dismissed and won’t take accountability to resolve this issue (which is they SHOULD NOT HAVE ACCEPTED MONEY FOR AN ORDER THEY ARE NOT PLANNING ON FULFILLING). This is not a real business—just crooks. Seems to align with Subway’s expectation of terrible business dealings these days. I’ll take the blame for hoping Subway was better than what the internet has been saying for some time.

I ordered online. The guy put all the mayo and mustard on top of the sandwich so everything was on the paper. He didn't follow the instructions of my order. Seemed like a rush job for two $15 subs. Go somewhere else and don't order on line.

Jeremiah is amazing. Not only did he immediately understand and respect my dietary restrictions, he too the time to confirm my order before he completed it at the end. He also MASTERED my ICEE ♥️Would give 5* stars for this employee.I did not get his coworkers name but she took excellent care of my husband while Jeremiah was focused on me and our order was processed quickly, correctly, and smooth!

I drove here last night as I didn’t want to wait for a delivery. It was a young employee with pink hair and another employee who seemed to be the team lead. The young employee was working on a pick up order and going as slow as they possibly could. I felt so bad for the team lead because she made 6 subs (the 2 people in front of me, my three subs and the person behind me sub) in the time that the young employee made two 6 six inches. He also only had the hairnet on the top of his hair, leaving all his hair past shoulder length and just dangling over the food. The team lead needs a raise and subway needs to schedule her with people who will work hard with her.

Have visited this location as well as a few others, I believe most of them have new owners. The customer service is terrible. You get what you pay for at this place. Do yourself a favor and spend a few more dollars.
Good food, but $1.50 PER cookie? That's a ripoff. Go to another Subway and they will be $0.69 each.

Who ever was on tonight needs to be fired. He was extremely rude, seemed high, going super slow and had 6 people in line, didn’t greet you, I had to repeat my order 4 times to home and he still got it wrong and gave me attitude bc of it. Was not a great experience tonight!
