i walked in with 3 other people to use the bathroom, mind you when i walked in there was nobody at the counter for a good 30 seconds. I then went to the bathroom and when i came out the lady passive aggressively asked if we were buying anything and we said no we just had to use the bathroom. The lady proceeded to yell at us as we walked out of the store that we aren’t allowed to use the bathroom unless we pay for food…. I personally think if it was really that big of a deal it could have been calmly talked about instead of the lady yelling at us and getting an attitude.

I got two foot longs, great sandwiches however the manager had an attitude as soon as she noticed me. I guess she thought I was homeless bc I had black paint on my arms and hands so she forced me to pay before they made my sandwiches. She was sly and rude the whole time eventually she went and chilled in the back while the new girl took another order and made my food.

Horrific customer service. Mid work day, I stopped to use the restroom, and was visciously harassed by an employee, out of uniform and behind the counter, who threatened to call the police.

Walk in at 9pm to a store that closes at 10 to a person that complains that she has been there since 8 am and should be closed. I asked her for a #23 and she asks me what sandwich that is. I tell her the Italiano. She proceeds to grab whatever the items are in the description, doesn't ask me if I want to add anything. Then another guest walks in, she proceeds to say that she is closed, an hour before the advertised closing time. That guest practically begs to get a simple sandwich made. Pathetic. I'm sorry you've been there all day, but that's what you signed up for, you should have locked the door. Terrible sandwich, awful service, $15 for garbage, NEVER AGAIN!

My fiancé just placed an order at 9:27 p.m on the App, and they say the store is open until 10, the app said Building. When we arrived at the location (before 10 p.m) the light were off and no one was to be found in sight... It's clearly unacceptable and dumb. My fiancé lost her points and money... Wild. Great friendly service for a fresh sub made to your liking. Today I went back again, I think it was Terri that waited on me, she took the time to make my sandwich to my request. She made it, like it was for her family.
