Terrible customer service had to drive all the way back on my lunch break for them to fix it no compensation in anyway !

Don’t take my order when I tell you at the beginning I have a coupon, then tell me at the end your location doesn’t take coupons. I’m pretty sure you’re going to have to throw the food away if I didn’t take it, so now you lost product and lost a customer for life. Garbage service.

Some of the employees are good. Others are horrendous. I walked in around 835pm, which apparently was too close to closing for their liking. Two lazy deadbeats slowly emerged from the kitchen shooting daggers at me for daring to expect them to perform their job during working hours.

definitely the nicest subway in town. paige made our sandwiches and was generous and super sweet!! and they have the veggie patty, which is nice for us vegetarians

Despite widespread power outage in the area, they closed early.

I made a visit to this location today in Southwood, and placed my order, proceeded to payment counter and was told we do not accept subway coupons at this location. No sign on door stating do not accept coupons. This is poor customer service, the coupon has no store exclusions. Jersey Mike's it is.....

My favorite subway in Tallahassee. There isn’t a drive thru, but parking is pretty easy and I don’t mind going inside. Biggest downside is that they don’t accept coupons or BOGO deals so you’ll have to go somewhere else for those

I've been to a lot of Subways in my time, and this one is pretty average. The bread is OK, and the vegetables are fine. However, the sandwiches are a bit bland, and the toppings are limited. I also think that Subway has not evolved with American tastes. They still seem to be stuck in the 1990s. Now, people are looking for more flavor and excitement in their sandwiches.Overall, I would not recommend Subway in Southwood Tallahassee to anyone who is looking for a truly memorable sandwich experience.
