Very nice staff. Great customer service. Very clean. My favorite subway in tallahassee hands down. If you see the man with the dreads behind the counter you can count on a great sandwich 😊

The food is absolutely freaking disgusting. None of the vegetables are fresh with tomatoes are awful. How hard for my money and when you come to get dinner, I can’t even eat this place to be shut down.

I can't really rate atmosphere or food because we went through the drive thru. Went to Subway to get 2 pepperoni and cheese rollups and was told by the gentleman working that he hasn't made those in a long time and wouldn't really know how to make it. He asked the lady that was working with him if she knew and I'm only guessing she said no. The gentleman also advised us that it wasn't even in the system anymore. So we drove across the way and gave McDonalds our money. Funny thing is that if I tried to order online for pickup I would have been able to. I guess when I got there to pick up my order I would've still been hungry.

I went in on a Friday night at 8:30 and got told they stop serving meatball subs around 8pm because they put it up. Yall don't close til 10 pm and the staff was obviously not happy to be there.
Was not 5 star as nothing is absolutely perfect. Typical subs for Subway. The service was friendly.

seen this sub and didn’t even eat it my dogs did though went back to the store to confront the employees they were disrespectful and rude as one of their names was Alana they need new employees at this location don’t recommend eating here

The young boys that clearly were not happy, that husband & I walked in. But then told when we got there at 6:27 PM that, we were their 1st customers ALDAY!!! Now I know why ??!!!! We took in a coupon we got in the mail. 3 footlongs for $17.99. & The son of the manager, he made sure he told us he's the son of the manager. Told us that "That coupon" wasn't accepted there.
So we said which coupons is accepted here.??
He didn't give an answer he was very vague I don't know you have to walk in and asked and then we can tell you if the except that are accepted not here.!!! So after &51.99 later
While the whole time they talk to each other about motorcycles are buying one or this is what they cost, instead of us asking what we wanted our sandwich we had to interrupt them to tell them what we wanted after about six people in line sitting at a table and waiting on them to get done talking to complete our order
I would love to talk to the manager, the motheof his boy that works there. What a joke. We've haven't had any issues from there. But we haven't been there in like 2 months. & Will NOT go back, till these lil boys are gone
They lil boy that he said his mom is manager, was acting like a spoiled brat that was mad that he had to work when we walked in. Plus couldn't tell us, which coupons that I get in the mail are accepted at an establishment? What do you know which one that they don't accept, which is the one We had. Just cause you're a manager don't bring your little boy out to your work if they can't work properly and be professional

Poor service. They had me waiting 7 mins out in front while they were in the back.Then when this girl finally came the lil girl had a funky attitude. And attempted to take my order mad. I DECIDED TO EAT ELSEWHEREAnd they don’t take Coupons (there above Franchise Rules)
