I placed an order online for two very different subs with very different toppings. They mixed up the toppings and put them on the wrong subs. What makes it worse is they called me before I picked it up to confirm.

I come to this subway at least once a week sometimes twice a week. They black guy you had working tonight 1/7 you could definitely tell he did not won't to be there. Very slow at fixing sandwiches could not hear him when he spoke. Just awful customer service. Then the older women came in I'm thinking but hoping it wasnt Theresa because if it was I definitely see the problem here. She is rude herself. She came in threw her car keys down on the table made a real loud noise. Theresa you need too hire employees that can handle the load of inside customers and online orders and drive thru. Saw customers getting agravated like me you had 2 customers walk out the door. This is a very busy location. The drink machine stays down at the other subway or I would drive down there for my sandwich.

Very rude customer service cancelled all my order haven't received no refund called the manage guy hung up on me while I was talking was very rude as well as the lady beside him who's behind the counter don't ever order here in your life they do not treat people good or the way they customers should be treated very disappointed with this place the service is trash and the managers and employees all worse all they do is play games all day no one takes they job serious please avoid this place I will be contacting corporate about those 2 good luck finding new jobs

Per sign at Cashier, THIS LOCATION NO LONGER ACCEPTS COUPONSWould have been nice if posted on entrance door, BEFORE ORDERING.I had limited cash with me. I would have ordered differently.Had to borrow funds from friend. Very embarrassing.

this might be the most incompetent establishment to exist, I wouldn’t go through the drive through because they will watch you with no one inside and no crowd and still not take your order

I’m not sure who Mary is, but I had an issue with the employee while I was driving up in the parking lot on day 06/ 22/ 23 around 6:25 pm. There was barely any parks so I tried to find what was available, however she was sitting in front of a park I needed so I went ahead and pulled in. Me making sure i didn’t pull up close enough to hit her, she decided to still sit there on the phone then seconds later threw a middle finger at me and walked back into subway. I don’t know who this young lady is, but she was very rude and I never have a problem with any of the employees at this store. All i know about her is that her hair is blonde, she’s Caucasian, and had on a subway shirt. Hopefully y’all can find some more respectable employees, because she isn’t professional at all!! Might decide to even talk to corporate.

I ordered a ham and cheese melt. To my surprise, I found my sandwich in a paper bag. With all the contents out of the sandwich!! They didn’t even wrap it up to hold my together!! I will never order from the subway on 3806 North Monroe again!! Terrible, terrible service!!

I would not give a star at all if it was optional. The Subway on North Monroe near Fred George Rd is the worst place. I will not be going back. Reason. not customer friendly, impatient, rude and does not listen to what and how you want your food. The two employees there between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m. Friday, March 10, 2023, it was horrible I got five subs and two box dozen cookies. total $71. McDonalds food would be like gourmet cuisine. Please do your stomach and wallet a favor do not go to that subway
