Ordered subway today. Asked for cheese and I got two fists full of shredded cheese put on my sandwich? That’s a lot of cheese. Basically a cheese sandwich. Asked for mayo, nearly was given the entire bottle of mayo on my sandwich. I scraped the cheese and mayo out with napkins. Immediately after eating the sandwich, I was holding my stomach to get back to my apartment as fast as I could because I was so sick from it. Service was also questionable? The line wasn’t even long (4 people in front of me) and it took about 20 mins of waiting to get to order. I am always very nice to service workers because I’m a service worker too, but man. Cashier woman was very nice, but the woman who put two fists full of cheese on my sandwich didn’t seem to care much about being friendly today. I hope her day gets better. Overall, I’m never eating there again. My stomach still hurts.

The best on-campus dining if you factor in customer service and wait times. Its regular old subway, but the workers here seem to care a bit about their jobs unlike anywhere else on campus, they are super busy all day but you will get a good sub every time.

Service is terrible. Always get eye rolls and snarky comments when I go. They also need to go through some more training on how to make the food. I go there quite often only because I have to. Most of the time they will not even put meat across my whole sandwich. The other day, I went and he missed a whole spot, counted that he needed another piece, and then stacked another piece at the end where there was already meat and left a whole chunk of my sub with nothing on it. I did not want to say anything because they are so rude and already act like you're a bother. Overall, usually always a bad experience when I go.

As with all restaurants on campus, anticipate long lines (especially during busier hours) and limited menus as the location runs out of its more in demand ingredients. However the service here does try to make the experience as pleasant as possible in spite of the crowding issues, which cannot be said for some other restaurants in the area.

The employees were so rude, as soon as I said my order one of them rolled their eyes and complained the whole time about how “inconvenient” my order was. The others were openly making comments to each other right in front of me, but the first girl acted like I did something to her! Very unprofessional.

Speedy service, delicious food, plenty of seating options to choose from (window seating, tall chairs, booths, outdoor seating, etc.). They always have good pop music playing and it's just a great place to visit between classes!
