Walked in asked for napkins & got no answer. The Indian lady told me “ you can’t take that many napkins you’re not my customer “ mind you I only grabbed 5 napkins. didn’t like the atmosphere at all they were rude from the jump.

I went to this location tonight and the lady was taking my order. I was trying to place 2 sandwich orders and she was asking me back n forth about both orders before I can even finish the first 1. I told her to let me order the first sandwich first before the second 1. She kept talking over me and being rude. Once I finish I drive up to the window and told her she was being rude. She slammed the windows in my face after saying have a nice day. I don’t appreciate that and I wouldn’t recommend no one to get service from them.
Ordered a bottled drink online but they gave me a fountain & refuse to change it. Either they need to fix their website or give someone what they ordered! I have no clue what they see on their in when it comes through but they need to fix it where they know exactly what someone ordered instead of being rude

This subway sucks you have a few older people there during the daytime that let the younger lady talk to us the customers any type of way her attitude is extremely horrible manager never says anything to her or correct her…seems like she doesn’t enjoy her job but enjoy talking about her dating and personal life to other employees if anything dosent change I will report my issues and videos to headquarters or osha
I ordered online. They forgot two bags of chips and a drink with the order and put mayo on a sandwich when it wasn’t put on there. Like a ton of mayo too. The photo is AFTER I tried getting it off
If you get delivery or if you use the drive through, you will not get chips with your order. They will not add chips to your bag.

I have severe food allergies and have a ton of issues with cross contamination. The staff has been nothing but completely helpful in ensuring I can safely eat there. This is truly a breath of fresh air for someone who has anxiety while ordering food. Overall just amazing staff.

Came here during my lunch break to find out they didn’t accept coupons I paid much more than expected and food was nothing special. If I could give 0 stars I would, not coming back here. Bags for the sandwiches were also ripped.
I came to this store just wanting something to eat for dinner. And when I came home to enjoy my sub, I was horrified to find 2 pieces of hair in my sub, I immediately took pictures and threw that sub away of disgust at how much I ate already. Come the next day, I went back to the location with proof of buying and these pictures below ?? of the hair I found in my food. Only to be misguided with a refund or remake, instead being offered 50% off for my next order. This is the last time I will ever be going back to this Subway, and they need to invest in hair nets immediately.

I’ve been going to this subway for 5 years…. Lately my experience has been poor. The manager/ owner is so rude. I had a mobile order and came to the window waited for 10 minutes and when no one came to the window I called and she brought my food and told me not to call the phone. Like as a business who has the number on the window, why are you rudely telling customers not to call. I won’t be back. I’m so disgusted by her behavior these last few times.

I made two orders online ask for my condiments on the side instead of on my sandwich but when I got to the store the employee told me that the manager refuse any orders that have customized on it so if you ask for your stuff on the side he will cancel or refuse it and make it how they want your sandwich to be .. the manager do not allow for people to put their condiments on the side or cut your sandwich the way you ask
Hate going to this location. The owners are so cheap with their extra cut up veggies. I got one tomato that was cut in half placed on my 6 inch and SUPER thin Cucumbers. Makes you worried about the quality of the sandwiches if they are trying to cut back that much. And then the woman ( it's a married couple that own this subway) was watching her employee so closely making sure she didn't put too many veggies on my VEGGIE SUB. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It's a convenient subway location, but I will try to stay away from this one.

We like this subway he runs a tight ship. It's Clean they change their gloves! The staff are friendly wraps are good like that the meats are sliced thin.

FYI THEY DONT ACCEPT COUPONS!! Might as well place a sign on their front door saying that location doesn’t accept coupons nor participate in promotions.
