I have placed an order through the app for pick and after reaching the restaurant they say we don’t have veggie patty and i asked to cancel the order but they cant and i cant cancel pickup from my end as well. With no option left from the store.

Slow workers, I guess a family owns this one because their kid was even trying to help with the load. He was no older than 9. my toasted sandwich was cold, lobby is dirty, the tomatoes and lettuce were old and the pickles translucent. Won’t eat at this location again.

So I came to Subway I realized there was one person working, so of course I had to wait in line like everyone else.. she did not have the best attitude and I don't like anyone trying to tell me what they're going to do with my sandwich if I say I'm going to pay for something that's what I'm going to pay for. After I told her to put my cheese on there cuz I was paying for the extra cheese. I noticed her attitude gotten worse. If I'm paying $18 for a meal I don't need a nasty attitude. I'm sorry that there's not enough workers and you're working by yourself but don't take your frustrations out on the customer. On top of that I didn't see you wash your hands one time and you made three sandwiches before you made mine.. I recommend they get better workers or at least more workers so all the work isn't on one person.

Appears this place a changed management and the prices have gone up and they have scaled back on the way sandwiches are made. You are getting less meat on your sandwiches and the food is not as fresh. Veggies are wilted and if you don't watch them carefully they will give you rancid meat. I used to value this subway as one of the best in Tallahassee. Because u could go there and get fresh food. But not so much at this time. U walk in a the new owners and their entire family sitting there socializing and looking at you very strange. My last visit was tonight unpaid almost 9.00 for just a sandwich and could not eat it. I tried calling and no answer phone just constantly rings. I know they are there because I left there about 15 minutes ago. I would rather go to WAWA for fresh food and the prices of their sandwiches are much less

There's a sign in the door that says, the floor is drying come back in 30 minutes or use drive-thru. Left and came back in 40 minutes and the sign is there. I make it to the drive-thru window and wait time minutes, watching the employee make food. She comes to the window and ask if i have online order, I said no. She goes on to say, I don't have to take your order, I'm making online orders and closed the window. SMH

i’ve never left a review in my life. but wow this compelled me to. i received a sandwich and paid for both double protein and smashes avocados. i got the smallest portion size of chicken probably i’ve ever seen even from regular chicken doses, my “smashes avocados” were in chunks, rock solid and frozen. actually disgusting. horrible place.
