i’ve never left a review in my life. but wow this compelled me to. i received a sandwich and paid for both double protein and smashes avocados. i got the smallest portion size of chicken probably i’ve ever seen even from regular chicken doses, my “smashes avocados” were in chunks, rock solid and frozen. actually disgusting. horrible place.
I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at Subway Store #2118 (2540 North Monroe St., Tallahassee, FL) tonight. I placed an online order around 7:20 PM and arrived at 7:45 PM to pick it up, only to find the store completely closed. There was no sign on the door, no staff visible, and no communication as to why the store wasn’t open during its operating hours.
I waited in my car, parked directly in front of the door, until about 8:10 PM when an employee finally came outside. However, instead of addressing me or acknowledging the situation, they appeared to be struggling with their key to lock the door. They went back and forth for about five minutes, still saying nothing, before getting into their car.
I waited another five minutes to see if they would go back inside, but as I was pulling out at 8:17 PM, I saw the employee leaving the premises. From arriving at 7:45 PM to leaving at 8:17 PM, I wasted over 30 minutes of my evening waiting for food I couldn’t even get.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I expect not only a refund for my order but also additional compensation for the time and frustration this caused me. A refund alone doesn’t address the inconvenience, and I hope management or ownership will contact me immediately to resolve this issue appropriately.

Stopped by the location last night around 9:40pm. Walked into the store and the employees told me they were closed. Sign said closed at 10pm. This is not the first time they have done this. This store closes early all the time. I’m sure the owners could make more money if they abide by their hours..

Pulled up to the drive thru window the VERY RUDE I MEAN VERY RUDE girl came to the window we asked for the 6.99 meal deal and she goes oh we don't do that here I asked her why and she said because the owner doesn't want to and then proceeded to tell us to go down the street. This was the worse customer service I have had in awhile.. I will be contacting corporate too just because you are a franchise you still have to follow corporate policies and procedures which you are not...

The woman working was not happy about our family's arrival & she barely looked at us. Several items were "out" & the $40 price did not feel worth the mostly negative experience.

I always go here with a coupon with a coupon it's $6 and some change for footlong the service is okay as long as you're extra nice they're okay however if you're not extra nice you're going to have issues and the places outdated

Walked into Subway, no one was at the counter. We waited for 15 minutes before she came out to meet us on this Wednesday, 04-17-2024, around 3:17 p.m. estimate time. I gave my order, and my sister asked her: "what time was the bread made today?" The young lady made a face like someone had cussed her out. My sister began to explain to her very calmly the reason she asked was because she likes her bread soft, and did she ask her something inappropriately. She expressed to her that it wasn't. She started to make my sandwich after putting gloves on, and her phone began to ring for a FaceTime call. She chose to take one glove off, and answer that call, and proceeded to talk for a while to the person that was on the FaceTime with her as if it was more important then making our food or giving good service. We just walked out of the store because you are not going to put that glove and start back making my food. Wasn't even taking that chance to receive food poisoning. The correct thing to do would have been to continue taking care of your customers and make that call afterward. It wasn't an emergency. Yes, you were there by yourself, you expressed to your caller, and then continued talking. So it wasn't a business call from a manager. It was personal. Anybody that cares for you respects that you are working, and would have said: "I'll call you back later or call me when you're done. Truly poor service, and poor work ethics.

I haven’t been to subway in five or six years but randomly decided to get it this morning since it was close by. However after I walked in and was greeted by an employee, I stood in line for a little over ten minutes with nobody taking my order or seeming to have any intention of doing so.
One employee was just listening to music through their headphones and leaning against the counter, occasionally glancing at me but made no effort to acknowledge me further.
After standing there waiting in silence for five or so minutes the other employee, who was also listening to music on their phone, said “oh im sorry im counting inventory” and then turned back around and continued.
I stood there another five or six minutes with no additional acknowledgment or assurance that my order would be taken so I said “I’m just gonna head out,” neither employee responded and I left.
I’ve never left a negative review on a restaurant/fast food place because I work in food service and understand the difficulties, but this was just frustrating and an unnecessary waste of time. There were no other customers or orders so I just don’t understand what was preventing anyone from helping me.
Was actually excited to get the order I used to get as a kid but ended up leaving understanding why this franchise is dying.
