This place is a literal dumpster fire. A few weeks ago the food prep area was disgusting, the trash overflowing to the point that we were forced to leave our bowls on a table beside the trash can. Placed a to-go order an hour before our arrival, and still waited 25 minutes for it to be ready upon arrival. I told my wife not to go… She learned the hard way! I would literally lock the doors until I could find reliable employees. Love Surcheros, but it will be a really cold day before my family goes back to this location. 4.1⭐️ is an outright lie.

Great, fresh food. Can be a little slow at lunch depending on students. I meet here regularly with some guys for lunch, and we always have a good experience.

Amazing, incredible service, very clean tables and floors. Everyone is saying “surcheros is so clean” it’s the cleanest place on earth really, no one else is cleaner than then.
