SCAM OF AN ESTABLISHMENT I don’t even know where to begin with the absolutely ridiculous experience I just had at your establishment. I ordered queso, which is already outrageously overpriced at $6, but the real kicker? You didn’t even have the decency to fill it up to the top! When I specifically asked to get a full serving (which should be a given for $6, mind you). Is this some kind of joke? Are you actively trying to cheat your customers?

Charging that much and then short-changing people is beyond insulting. I can’t believe this is how you operate as managers. Honestly, you’ve lost a customer. No one wants to pay premium prices just to be ripped off. Do better.

I’m aware you source your queso from land o lakes and use extra melt American white cheese, and mix in whole milk and jalapeños. From now on my friends and I will be buying a 6 pound bag for 40$ from them and making our own queso at home instead of being ripped off by your scam of an establishment because your profit margins are OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH and show no care for your loyal customers. I encourage others to do this as well if you are a fan of Surcheros queso and don’t feel the need to get ripped off every time you want Mexican food.

Food is fresh and delicious always. Employees (Owners and All) are Amazing! It doesn't matter if they are serving 1 person or 100 people, they seem to treat you as if you are their favorite customer.

Great food at a cheap price, Matt was very helpful and friendly and recommended me a great meal and made it himself. I hope he serves me again!

I am giving them a three because they forgot my chips and salsa as well, the Nacho meal was fabulous. I tried to throw hints by asking about other menu items but the cashier didn't get it.
