Food is fresh and delicious always. Employees (Owners and All) are Amazing! It doesn't matter if they are serving 1 person or 100 people, they seem to treat you as if you are their favorite customer.
I am giving them a three because they forgot my chips and salsa as well, the Nacho meal was fabulous. I tried to throw hints by asking about other menu items but the cashier didn't get it.
Despite there always being a long the staff always seems well organized, polite, and efficient. The food is pretty good, with most meal options you get free chips and guac is free. They also have a salsa bar with a few different options. I just wish there was a tofu option.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie toppings but not tofu.
Kid-friendliness: Few different kids meal options are available.
