First the drinks was very good, our server was very nice and polite but at least my food plate was awful...I ask for the salmon oscar , so my salmon definitely wasn't 7 oz it was an end cut a lot smaller than that, it wasn't seasoned at all , the asparagus was way overcooked and soft. The only thing I really enjoy was the tomato, feta and basil salad...so as my first time eating there the experience with the food wasn't the best and I know what I'm talking about because I've been a chef for 25 years and I work at a fine dining restaurant in Texas.

Table 23 needs to work on its service. It’s nothing g big, just a few small things that show that they don’t place a premium on service. Example is a server delivering a drink from the bar dribbled a Bloody Mary across another customer’s menu, didn’t say sorry or offer to help clean it up. She then went back to the bar and got a napkin to wipe off her own hands, but nothing for the customer. Also took a really long time to get our order. The atmosphere was great. The food was relatively good.

This place is always busy so I recommend either going early or making a reservation if that's possible. The food is good and the cocktails are great. The two times I've been service has been a little slow but like I said, they're busy.

Great place to dine and everything was great. I believe the kitchen just had an off night for us but our service was spot on. Definitely going back for a second visit.

Wow. I wish I came here sooner. These pork chops were out of this world. Fantastic spot. Will come back again to experience more of the great food. The Amore Life indeed.

This has been a go to spot for me every trip to tallahassee. This last time something has changed. Food was meh at best. Service was not bad but my redfish had a huge bloodline through the fillet which is not something im used to seeing. Just was no longer the wow experience ive had previously. Great location and ambiance.

I went here 08/09 for my anniversary. The food came out fresh, tasty and fast. Our server Jovana B. was so sweet and quick even letting us know something was missing and bringing it to us before we noticed. Thank you, definitely coming back !

I visited Tallahassee yesterday and decided to stop at this restaurant. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I ordered the Gulf Grouper, and nothing on the plate seemed fresh. The vegetables were cold and clearly not fresh, the corn looked unappetizing and had an unpleasant, spoiled taste, and the fish was topped with a shrimp-and-crab mixture that tasted off — I couldn’t detect any real crab flavor, only a spoiled seafood taste.

I don’t want to criticize the appetizer, but the bill for two was roughly $155 — far too expensive for spoiled food and such poor quality. The only thing I could tolerate was the glass of Sauvignon Blanc, which at least helped wash away the bad flavors.

To make matters worse, the noise level was so high that I couldn’t even hear my husband. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
