Placed an order online for pick up in the drive through. Got to the drive through to pick up the order only to be told I have to pull back around and address someone through the drive through speaker. Made no sense. If someone is at the window picking up an order just give them the damn order period.

Went through drive-through on 2/7/25 around 7:30PM and the entire experience sucked. The food was very much overpriced, mediocre and scant. If I thought to check my meal before I got home, I would have returned it for a refund. The beef taco had at most a teaspoon of beef and was mostly lettuce and cheese. My burrito was pitiful and, like the taco, had almost no meat. The woman working the drive through was annoying and argued with me about the store not having avocado verde salsa? I was ready to leave so I asked for any sauce and she tried to hand me a fist full of sauce packets( had to tell her to put them in a bag). In summation, terrible overpriced food and obnoxious, idiotic staff.

Used kiosk to order, no big deal, tried to pay cash up front, workers don't give two shits about customer service for inside customers, not a single, I'll be with you in a moment , no kiss my ass no nothing. Typical Tallahassee, y'all don't take customer service seriously in your franchise. I've worked for two corporate stores for Taco Bell, I know policy is to acknowledge your customers. If your talent pool is that depleted just be a drive thru only store. Inexcusable, and the reason it pissed me off so much is because I've ran a Taco Bell and you can't be so absorbed you can't acknowledge a customer. 4 workers and not a one can say a damn thing.

I don’t know who was in this bih making the double stacked tacos at 1:46am on 9/26/24 but I swear fore gawd thar person is making v the best tacos for the next 50 miles. Tacos hot, tacos made properly, tacos made fast. I lie to you not. Go up there on the night shift… It never fails for that food to be done correctly. I ate my food so fast…. I didn’t get pictures but my tacos looked just like the screen you order the food from. That person needs a raise … I am not putting sprinkles on top or anything.
