I ordered a Classic Luxe box and Catina Chicken Crispy taco. As for the Catina chicken crispy taco, I don’t need to say much; the picture will show you everything you need to know when I first opened it. With the Classic Luxe Box I upsized to a Larges Starry drink. I was craving this drink so bad and when my order finally got delivered to me, this drink tasted like I don’t even know because even water tastes better than it. It didn’t taste like starry at all. It was so disgusting. If I could give this zero stars I would. I called and called and called the branch that I ordered this from and couldn’t get through to them because I wanted to tell them that they should check their machine just in case someone else orders this story and it tastes like it. Because this is ridiculous. I will keep calling them to tell them until someone picks up.

Honestly if you’re coming after 1-2am they’re doing the best they can. Waited about an hour for my pick up order but they were sooooo slammed. Drive thru recommended for faster service vs pick up but hey. They were nice and again doing the best they can with understaffed and the # of orders. Thank youuuuuuu

Horrible location. Lack of management and always uner staffed. Usually 2 people not working as hard looking n moving slow. They treat uber drivers like crap. I sat in line for 2 hours just to be kicked out of the lobby. I didn't get paid and I lost out on ubers promotions because this location
Waited an hour and a half for my food. Nobody came to update me on whether or not my order was ready. HORRIBLE service find somewhere else to eat.
