The food always tastes cold and stale like it's been sitting up for a while customer service you have to wait they will walk up to the front counter look at you and then walk back off until you say something to them first as a restaurant worker I know how important it is to not just to sell food but customer service as well you always want your customers to feel welcome and not only welcome but to serve them with the presentation and quality of fresh safety food so this time I'm giving it one ⭐

I ordered a burrito supreme with extra meat and extra cheese. Neither of which were put on it. Finding tomatoes and lettuce was a chore also. I showed my order to an employee and they fixed the problem. Always check your order at Taco Bell! They are skimpy with the ingredients! Especially with the prices you pay these days. The bathroom was also only halfway clean. Dirty sinks and paper towels on the floor. This was at the beginning of the meal period ( lunch) check your order!!!

Service is super slow on the inside. Good luck getting your food because they will ignore your order as they continue to make drive thru orders that came after you.

Nothing was right. Paid for extra meat cheese and sour cream. Got home and opened the bag to find none of it. Wasn't even enough meat and cheese to even fully cover my wraps. Sorry excuse customer reaction and giving the public what they pay for. Everyone that was working Thursday September 4th should be fired as far as I'm concerned. If you can't do your job correctly, get out of the business.

All employees working very hard the whole time “busy as bees” aiding drive through and my large order of 5 tacos and 5 burritos plus nachos and Janiah was absolutely a sweetheart !
The people working there make Taco Bell not bad. Although my mobile order took a little long, they gave me a free drink.

I was very surprised at how good the service and food was considering the neighborhood and that it was about 15 minutes before closing time. Great staff!
Tallahassee ruined my dinner. Shorted 1 crunch wrap and paid for 2. Asked for guacamole 4 times and never got it. Staffed was baffled by a request to customize an order. Lol. I gotta throw neck for ketchup?
