I normally love tacobell but I didn’t get any hot sauces my taco was cold my taco fell apart my cinnamon twist had no cinnamon sugar on them

I've been ordering pickup and the food is always fresh and the staff are wonderful and also the inside they keep it clean. This is my favorite taco bell because of the great staff doing such a good job. The nacho fries are seasoned on point, so good! I'll be contacting corporate to let them know this store is doing amazing and it really makes me happy to have great food and service.

I just paid $14.50 for two hard shell tacos. I called and they hung up on me.
Women yelled at me:( and i placed and online order and swore she didn’t have it and yelled at us then she found it suddenly. rude.

Glenna the store manager greeted me at The drive-through. She is what southern hospitality is all about. I wanted to rave about her because she is awesome. She made me feel so welcomed and I shook her hand. Give this girl a raise. Or move her up the ladder. Amazing experience great job

Service depends on who is working. If the super is in, you'll sit in drive thru 5 minutes or less. Any experience I've had without her there, you could sit in drive thru for 10 minutes to order then after you pay, they'll send you around to wait in the parking lot so they don't get charged for you being there longer than their quota time.
