I'm not sure if it's just this store or all Taco Bell's but they always prioritize the drive-thru line versus people that come in and place orders. I've walked in and seen a couple cars in the Drive-Thru I'll go in place my order and wait and I'll see that the vehicle that didn't even order food when I walked in was still waiting, will be leaving with their food and maybe I'll get my food 20 minutes after that. I've also had to go up to the counter numerous times to check on my order after it's been 20 or 30 minutes and it will be sitting in the area where they put drive-thru orders. Nobody seems like they give a damn working at this store. People will wait at the counter since they have questions or need help and employees will just look at them like there's nothing they can do and can't even speak to them

Good gastric food place. The cantina chicken menu is fabulous. Service in any fast food place can be hit or miss, but it has been good here.
Taco Bell is Taco Bell. It’s definitely better than Del taco trying to move in on the fast food taco game in Tallahassee. Taco Bell has a lot of flavor, they have high protein options, their food tends to be fresh and I have had nothing but good experiences at this restaurant especially this one employee who’s pretty amazing. His name is Ethan.
I placed my order on the app but dined in. The restaurant was clean and well kept. The ladies room had been updated with current time on the wall and the food was just what I ordered.
Ordered online for pick. Been saying here 25 min after expected requested time. still not ready. No one working register. Worst taco hell ever. Lobby fool off pissed off people. Leaving now without my food. Will call corporate for refund.

My child (9yrs) and I visited this location on Dec. 7th. I ordered the Mexican pizza for her, and I ordered the Chicken Cantina bowl for me.
I noticed the chicken did not look fresh, like when I ordered it in the past, but it didn't taste funny, so I ate it.
Well, my daughter and I ended up getting sick (vomiting and diarrhea).
Later on (Dec. 13th), we were talking about food and where she wanted to eat. I said no Taco Bell ever again. She agreed and acknowledged that the meat on the pizza was almost slimy but didn't taste funny, so she ate it. 🤦🏽♀️
We have never had an issue with this location until now, and unfortunately, we won't be visiting any more now because of this incident.
This young lady who took my order was extremely nice and very complimentary. So the service was great.
