This bakery has been churning out delicious goods for years. I've enjoyed everything over the past 20 plus years and have never been disappointed. Today I picked up a specialty cake that other places turned me down in making it. The cake came out exactly what I wanted! And it was absolutely delicious. Definitely a hometown bakery of great standing. Great people, great food. Don't miss the opportunity to grab something delicious here. ?

Friendly and good service. A good variety of sweet treats. On our particular visit, we purchased the Raisin Gingerbread Man and Raisin Cinnamon Roll. Both were decent; not anything spectacular. Would try some other offerings next time.

From birthday cakes, specialty breads, to thumbprint cookies, incredible casseroles and more they always have quality fresh-baked on their shelvesParking: While the parking lot is small, spots open regularly

Everything at Tasty Pastry is just Heavenly. Depending on my mood, I grab a Jumbo Cupcake, brownie, or an apple turnover. I really like all the options as there is something for everyone. You won't be disappointed with this large selection of sweets and breads.

My husband and I have heard of Tasty Pastry, but never actually visited their shop. Walking in, there was a large selection of sweets to choose from. Our intent was to go in and select an assortment of sweets to try. We bought several cookies, a few brownies, and a few jumbo cupcakes. The price was a lot cheaper than expected, which was great! Customer service was helpful and nice. The young lady surprised us with her memory, since we ordered quite a bit. We were impressed. The cookies were deliciously moist and soft. Perfect! My husband liked the brownies, but I felt they were a bit lacking with some of the ingredients. For example, I felt there should have been more cream cheese and nuts in two of the variances, while the marshmallow one could have had more graham cracker to balance it better. The cupcakes were tasty and the frostings were an overload of sugary goodness. Although the cupcakes were a little dry, the frosting made up for it. I did try the hummingbird cupcake and that seemed more moist then the others we had gotten. Even though there were a few hits or misses, this was a quaint sweet shop I wouldn't mind visiting whenever traveling to that part of town.
