I visited your restaurant today with my kids. As a mom, today was one of those tough work days and mentally exhausting. I wanted good food and great service for me and my 2 kids. I was served by a waiter named Jaylee. She exceeded my expectations. I didn't have to look for her, ask for refills, and inquire about food status. She was phenomenal. At the end of my dinner, I realized that her pleasant attitude my me smile while walking out the door. I can't recall having any "bad waiter" experience at this location, but I now can say that Jaylee service set a high bar for expectations. Thank you, sweetheart, for turning my day around to have a better night.

Use to be excellent, but friday night forgot plates for bread.had no silverware. Food came out before salad food not cooked as asked, ribs not good. Took long time to get food. On the way out noticed floors very dirty.

Yesterday was my first time everrr coming to Texas Roadhouse and being told "your entire party has to be here to be seated". This is not a hibachi restaurant! If someone happens to join the party after most have arrived, there shouldn't be such a huge issue since orders are put in, then prepared! They aren't cooking right in front of us then going to a different table to cook for an entire different group, but I digress. That was the just the first thing.
What was completely unacceptable and appalling was when my family member (tall, black man) being told to move from his seat (a chair at the end of the table) due to being a "fire hazard" but when a WHITE family comes in and is seated at the booth rigghttt behind us AND has more people in their party, the average height white man sits in the same exact spot at the end of the table, and was not asked to move or told that he was was a fire hazard sitting in the way, at all, at any point during their visit. I watched for soo long (until we left, so about an entire hour, hour and a half) just waiting for a server who is struggling to get by to their tables or even the same manager, Trey, to tell this white man that sitting there created a fire hazard! There was no difference in the situation besides the color of our skin and that's it!! It's not the white guy's fault of course but if something will apply to one party, it should apply to all but because my family member was tall and black, it was such a safety hazard. Not one person had to say excuse me or even squeeze by but they absolutely did to the white man because he was actually in the way. Will not be returning to this establishment.

Good steak for the price and the bread is immaculate
Fillet, requested medium, arrived completely raw in the middle. As we waited to get the attention of the waiter, we were eating. The people I was with had their meals and were eating. He took my steak to cook a new one for me. Ten minutes later my friends were done eating, so I asked him to cancel the steak. When the manager walked by I asked him to take the steak off my bill because it was still a charge on the kiosk.
The manager charged me $4.99 for my little side salad and $3.49 for my small side of mashed potatoes. I do not recommend this restaurant.
Texas Roadhouse in general is one of my favorite places, but this is the second time in a row I haven’t been able to eat my steak. Paid $32 for the two sides, an onion, and one beer.

I’ve been to Texas Roadhouse several times over the years. I attempted to go again for my birthday tonight to the Tallahassee location. We were told that we could not get in for 2 1/2 hours! It was 5:00 pm and I was not about to wait until almost 8:00 pm to get in. I have never experienced this on previous visits. Only a normal waiting time no longer than 30 to 45 minutes. We were told next time to call 2 hours ahead to get on the list. This is totally ridiculous in my opinion. How was I supposed to know things had changed? Allowing people to call in to be put on a list that far in advance punishes those that just show up in person to get on it. We ended up going somewhere else for my birthday tonight. If this location is that busy then we need another restaurant on another side of town. I’m disgusted and won’t be back!
