i wanna thank LEE C. for making my birthday night an amazing experience at Texas Roadhouse 😊 he went above and beyond! (12-29-25) his personality is so sweet and amazing. I will definitely be coming back more often. the food was absolutely delicious! only complaint was I had to wait almost an hour just to get my food. but Lee's wonderful personality made it worth it 😆

The steak was fabulous but I never get a hot baked potato. They taste like cooked hours ago and won’t melt butter. This is common so I guess I need to start ordering a different side

Texas Roadhouse is clearly a love-it-or-hate-it spot: great for affordable steakhouse dining with a lively vibe, but not ideal if you expect consistent fine-dining quality. Great for kids birthday dinner.

Great dining experience! The ribeye was delicious and perfectly cooked. Shamika provided 5 star customer service which will surely make me visit again. All of the staff are friendly, energetic and helpful.

Gator Mickey

This particular Texas Roadhouse needs some TLC. The bathroom stalls in the men's room will not close or lock properly. The tables we sat at had a broken chair. Each of the tables were rocky, which made eating an interesting experience. Our server Cam was amazing and was truly the bright spot.

Went here to have a meal on Saturday evening and waited a reasonable amount of time to be seated, but once we were seated we NEVER seen a server or manager. After 10 minutes or so of no one coming to our table at all, I went a found a “manager” ( use that word very loosely) to see if we could get a server. His attitude was just as I would suspect it to be “Not a care in the world” about the customers. Then he proceeded to tell my other half that we were seated in an area that is not being serviced

 So your hostess’ are so incompetent in just sitting customers that they sit customers in areas that have no service/server. One would think that with approximately 30-50 employees (servers and management) walking around inside this restaurant no one noticed that and all of you just let us continue to sit there until we say something!
That shows the level of incompetence that is running rampant and ruining this restaurant.

Grumpy Old veteran

My wife took me there for Veterans’ Day to celebrate. We applied online to the waiting list two hours before we arrived only to be told that her name was not on the list and we waited another 45 minutes to get in. They showed us to a table that was dirty and they had to change our silverware out twice because it was also dirty. They get our drinks wrong and then when they brought the bread out, it had no butter. We requested butter and it took them about 20 minutes to bring it to us go away. My wife ordered the Grilled shrimp and they were so salty she could not eat them when we pointed it out to the manager after she had only bitten into one of the shrimp we were told that was just the way they cook them. I ordered the bone in ribeye, which was supposed to be a 20 ounce steak. The steak was much less than 20 ounces. They had placed it on a smaller plate to make it look bigger and they brought out some overcooked string beans which I had not ordered and plain mashed potatoes even though I had ordered a baked potato. When I pointed out to the manager that my extra rare stake was closer to 12 ounces than 20 ounces he said that it had shrink when they were cooking it. I asked him since when does a 20 ounce steak lose almost 10 ounces when it was cooked rare? They remove the steak insides from my table and I was not offered a menu to order anything else. I had to Request two times that my veterans discount be applied to the bill. When I finally got up to leave one of the employees standing at the host station made the comment that they couldn’t wait for us to leave so they could get a real pain customer in. This is the worst Texas roadhouse I’ve ever been to you And I have been to a lot. I do not think I will ever go to the Texas roadhouse until I Hass you again unless they have some new management and staff.

So stopped here while in the area for work. Ordered the porterhouse medium-rare. Steak came out less than rare, was only able to eat a few bites it was so raw. One of my friends orders his medium and it came out extra rare. They did offer to throw them back on the grill. My other friend picked out his steak up front where they have the display, gave the ticket they gave him to our server and asked for that steak. They brought out the wrong steak, when he went back to check the ticket was still on the one he picked out. So we ordered 3 steaks and got 2 cooked incorrectly and one incorrect steak.

We waited more than 20 min for my other friend’s “hand selected steak” to come out. This one was cooked correctly but the other 2 people had already finished. The manager came over and we explained the situation, he said he would “take a little off”. That amounted to $10 off a $130 worth of steaks.

Also fyi, they calculate the tip off the total and the tax.

Don't order the Country fried sirloin, it was TERRIBLE! The was 75% grisly, tough, and fat. I ordered an appetizer (cheese sticks) and it was never delivered.

Shi Shi was our server and she was fantastic really made our night. Over all one of the best experiences we have had at this location(none of them being bad mind you). Give her a raise because we will definitely be coming back for her. Loved that she would laugh with us and take time to talk with us even though she was busy. Brought us everything befor we even thought about it. All time favorite server!
