Not sure what they gave me. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese poppy seed bagel, what I got what some type of roll with about 20 poppy seeds on it and one piece of bacon. I will stick with my usual bagel shop even though The Bagel Market & Bistro is closer. Very disappointed.

20 minutes for 2 bagels with cream cheese at 7:30 am is to long. Hire or train staff. Also half the stuff on menu not available and employees don't use rewards system and say it's broken. Okay opened package bagels looked frozen from 3 days ago purchased olive and slain cream cheese was given plain. Called owner and informed her of situation and she freaking hung up on me !!! Never again, perhaps a hood candidate for a rescue show.

Yikes. This restaurant always makes you wait. They are clearly short staffed but it's beyond that. I made an order through their website and was told they don't use that ordering service. Hmm, then it should probably be removed from YOUR website. The only reason I was their for pickup is because I got an email that my food was ready - food that you pay for in advance. They hadn't even started my order at this point. There is clearly an issue with online ordering. That feature should probably be removed if they cannot accommodate the service they offer. Also, they should have prioritized my order since I was clearly waiting for no reason, but no. They did not speed up their process at all. They are also always out of many bagel types too. That's a bit frustrating since it is a "Bagel Market". The food is fine but I won't be returning for awhile. They weren't even apologetic for the wait.

Sloooooooooowest service ever. Honestly the worst place I've been in a long time. 30 minutes to even place my order. The people who were in front of me 30 minutes ago to place their order still haven't gotten their food. I have better s*** to do than wait over an hour for a damn bagel sandwich. An hour later and they got my order wrong. REALLY!!!?????!!! Last time I ever go there. It's been 49 minutes since I got my food and I am still too pissed off at this place to eat it. That's how freaking angry this place has made me. I'm going to need counseling to get over this b******** Seriously, I want to go Gordon Ramsey on these people. If you value your mental health, your time or your money DO NOT eat here.

Nice enough staff, venue and food but I'm not returning: the wait is always too long, they seem perpetually understaffed and today I along with several others were starting to really lose our patience as we waited for our food/drinks. I demanded a refund and was given one but I can't wait 75 minutes with two kids for three bagel sandwiches. To the Bagel Market management:, if you don't have the staff/capacity to provide (reasonable) service, then curtail your operation.

Thought this would be a good new restaurant to try as they had a pretty good $15 off an order of $30 on Restaurant.com. Several issues arose, however. 1. There were several people waiting on orders for upwards of 20 minutes. 2. They did not honor of the Restaurant.com voucher (which is fine, I guess...?) 3. I went to order a smoothie and the little fat kid taking orders told me that they weren't doing smoothie orders, but then 15 min later as I'm waiting for my order, I hear the blender turn on and he served a smoothie to another customer 4. We waited about 25-30 min for 2 sandwiches 5. Food was decent, not great. We will not be coming back.

I work nearby and absolutely love stopping in every once in a while for a coffee, chai latte, bagel, or pastry. While they may be understaffed on occasion, the food is always prepared as quickly as possible and by some very sweet people! I would rather wait 10 minutes longer to support a local small business.

You know a place is good when there is always a line! Bagels and choice of food is very good! I ALWAYS get a sandwich and strawberry latte!!! Service and staff are wonderful...even with a little bit of a wait! This place has been so good to us (my group and I) that we have reserved space every other week!!! And we look forward to our meetings here! Yes, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SPOT?‼️

Went in around 10 - 10:30am on a Sunday. Not terribly busy, there was a family outside and two tables inside, and one person in front of us in line. We stood there in line for 10+ minutes without being acknowledged at all. The two employees we saw looked very busy and I have to imagine they are stressed and trying to keep up. I do wish they had said something, like "good morning, we will be with you in a few minutes", or "it will be about 15 minutes". I also wish they had been masked considering the ongoing pandemic and that they are handling food. Unfortunately they never looked at us and we did not have time to wait with hungry kiddos, so we had to leave and go elsewhere. Maybe we will try again another time.

Bagel market does not miss. The bagel flavors are delicious and the prices are fair. I come to Tallahassee only a few times a year and I always make it my mission to come here multiple times during my trip. Yes they run out of flavors fast and yes they are understaffed, but that doesn’t get in the way of what really matters, the food. When 20 people come in to order breakfast sandwiches within a few minutes of course they are gonna be stressed out, just be patient and wait people. 10/10, ???.
