The Egg Cafe & Eatery

The food was ok,but the service was slow. IT TOOK 40MIN FOR MY FOOD TO BE SERVED. I had a party of 6, so regardless. How bad the service was, they took automatic 20 percent tip. Also, this place is a clone of another broken egg with less quality. Their bignet are smaller with harder crust. They are so stifflers that they charge a credit card fee .

Yesterday my family and I went to have breakfast, which is one of our favorite spots to eat. I ordered the ultimate seafood omelette. Went I received it I noticed it had no cheese, a few pieces of seafood but didn't really think too much about it. Once I taste it, it was bland, absolutely no seasoning on it. After I ate half of it I decided stopped eating. I'm a firm believer to never send back food to the chef.
When I got home I started feeling bad, my stomach was in pain. I stayed in the bed the rest of the day. After using the bathroom a few times I felt better the next morning.
I will say I have been to this restaurant many times and never experienced this, and I think this will be my last time going here.
I'm not sure if they have a new cook but I'm not willing to put my body through that again.

Teen titans for French toast

You have to try the Surf and Turf Eggs Benedict! The crab cake is delicious, and the steak was cooked beautifully. Just a tip—skip the asparagus; it throws off the balance of the dish. And the biscuits and gravy? Amazing! The biscuit was huge, fluffy, and paired perfectly with the smoky sausage gravy. Plus, our server Alexandria was a gem! She was so sweet and attentive, even with the breakfast rush in full swing. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed a great breakfast at this place in Tallahassee. The service was excellent. No wait and the staff is so friendly. The food was fantastic. Definitely recommend. I have a feeling everything is delicious. The atmosphere is so cozy and inviting. We will definitely be back.

My husband orders the same breakfast every week from the downtown The Egg. He ordered his meal at this one and said it was bland. I ordered a Dream omelet with 4 ingredients and got an omelet with only one of the ingredients and I was charged for the onions I didn't even order.
We will not be coming back to this Egg again the one downtown is by far superior!

Every single employee we came in contact was absolutely phenomenal. The place was beautiful. The food was so delicious.
My picky terrorist two year old, loved the food and got amazing service from everyone couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Everyone on staff on 10/10 deserve some recognition and probably a raise!
