Food and service were very good, the booths, however, could use some help. They have been reupholstered since our last visit, but the support wasn't addressed. Felt like we were sitting in buckets, lol.
Excellent food, amazing atmosphere, and the service was exceptional. Drove all the way down from Georgia, and I regret nothing. I'm looking forward to eating at this establishment again.
We’ve been going to The Melting Pot for over 20 years now. In our 4th visit to this location since we moved here the food was as amazing as ever. The service however was the worst we’ve ever had at a Melting Pot. Our drinks were empty for 38 minutes. When the check came I went to the bar and asked for the manager. Shawn came out and was great.
