Disappointing not to have Open play opportunities in evening. please offer open play for after work hours
I first want to say I’m a regular here and come weekly with a group of people and we alternate turns reserving a space. I’m really glad Tallahassee has a place like this, the staff are mostly very friendly, and I have a good time.
However the upkeep of this venue is dire. It’s getting more gross and more broken every time I come. The management needs to see this and make changes or it can’t last. There’s holes in the walls, dusty broken drywall in every wall. Duct tape and electrical cables all over the ground. The fences are broken and sharp. Worst of all, the furniture is horrendously disgusting, unwashed, and dangerously unsanitary. Every time we come the couches are covered in dirt, sweat, food, and literal blood (biohazard). No cleaning is done in between groups other than clearing glasses and plates. Sweaty people are touching dirty furniture soaked with other people’s sweat and blood and then eating food in these conditions. I come every week and the same stains are still there. It’s clear the cushions aren’t cleaned nearly often enough (if at all?)
I’m begging the owners to drop the money it takes to get waterproof covers for the furniture that can be sanitized and wiped down (vinyl, fake leather, plastic covers… anything) or wash the cushion covers at least daily. There’s a reason gym equipment is covered in rubber and vinyl. This is common sense to me. You’re lucky someone hasn’t gotten sick and sued.
Hire someone to wash cushions and repair the damage to your venue, guys. You’re gonna let this investment crumble into squalor and eventually lose everything.
Again I like this place and want it to succeed but I had to speak up. These conditions just aren’t acceptable and are getting dangerous. I’m considering involving the department of health. It’s getting that gross. I attached two quick photos of the furniture we had today when we arrived. Wet, sticky, stained, and fresh blood.

Excellent as always. We arrived 30 minutes early for our reserved court time and the associate at the front desk was able to get us on a court within 10 minutes. Our server was prompt with our order and very friendly and saw to our needs.

We rented a booth on a Thursday night at 5:30 and it was busy but not so busy that it was overwhelming. We didn't eat or buy drinks so I'm not sure the quality of those items but we really enjoyed the courts and the facilities. They were clean, nicely setup, and the air conditioner worked great!
The staff were welcoming and even had a few laughs with us.
Overall it was a great experience and we will be back!
We love going there as a family. Much more to do than just pickleball. Many free and fun activities as well for kids & adults of all ages and abilities. Never disappoints

Absolutely loved it! So many options besides pickle ball (giant jenga and connect 4, pool, air hockey, darts, foosball’s table, and more). Will be back!

A/C does not work and has not for some time. The entire point of an inside pickleball place is to escape the heat, but this place keeps you in it! Was even lied to by staff about it not being broken. When you walk in and can’t tell the difference from the outside temperature, you know it’s broken, or they just don’t ever turn it on. Ridiculous

The staff was so friendly. The Helen Roper Society ladies f lt so welcome. The place was clean & I was impressed with the free play area. A special kudos to Zenaida (not sure of the spelling) who made our experience extra fun & she also did a great job promoting the facility. She let me know about pickleball clinics on Sundays & I plan to sign up.

In town visiting friends and we booked an hour on the courts for some doubles. We had a blast. The staff is great and made sure the session before us ended on time and that we were off the courts in time for the group that followed. That is exactly how it should be run even if a few malcontent reviewers were bothered by that. We followed the court time with a couple of well-made pizzas. Lots of TVs, cornhole, pool (billiards) and other activities available. I was inspired to see if I can find a similar place in our hometown.

Fun had by all. My family (two teenagers included) and I have been twice and enjoyed both experiences. The food was priced reasonably ($10 for three tacos) and the service was attentive and prompt. There is plenty to do other than pickle ball as well (TV, foosball, darts and cornhole). I do recommend reserving a pickle ball court ahead of time on the website.

I had a great Time playing Pickle Ball with My Dad 👨 , My Brother Lucas , and His Wife Erin . We went here on May 10th . It was the first time ⏲️ Dad and Me played Pickle Ball . We loved it. Lucas and Erin have been playing Pickle Ball alot. The Wine 🍷 I had was good. I love the variety of games 🎮 besides The Pickle Ball Courts. The had some really great music 🎶 🎵 playing in The Background. Lots of Classic Rock stuff like that. I definitely will be going back agian. The staff there where really nice. I suggest this place to anyone who wants to learn this sport.
