First-class property in the middle of downtown with amazing views of Florida State University on one side and the Florida Capitol Building on the other. Many dining options nearby and friendly staff making sure everything is perfect for your stay.

We have enjoyed our experience here so much. We moved here after living in a single home neighborhood, and we were not sure what condo living would be like. However we have been extremely pleased with the management of this association. Our condo is beautiful, efficient, and extremely clean, and we have noticed the entire building is under constant security.
