Seriously rude employees. Didn’t honor a coupon I had either. Usually i love my experiences at Tijuana flats but the employees completely ruined it and i probably won’t return. Upsetting

I'm sorry to say This was me and my son's favorite place in Tallahassee 10+ years. He was two years old, this was his first. Taco we celebrated 6 years of birthdays for him here at this place. The last 4 times I've eaten here. In the past 6 months the food has gone downhill you show up for taco Tuesday. You get busted tacos, cheese that is hard as a rock and cold refried beans. That has a copper metal taste It hurts me to say this, but take your business elsewhere

Food was great but ai see they made some changes to the menu. I ordered flaunts but it came with less goodies and cost more. I understand the cost of things going up I still paid more for less. No guac salad jalapeño onions just made it come together.

Went yesterday in a while, checking was literally cold. I take it. They forgot warm in the microwave. Rice also undercooked and cold won’t ever go back

My wife and I went to the one in Tallahassee FL we each had beef chimichongs and a fountain drinks which were good we used to go to the one in Land O Lakes FL

This place used to be great. Food quality went out the windows and continues to get worse. Price continues to climb. Such a shame.
Poor service, horrible management food ok check to go orders consistently wrong.
The food was good but not great, the sauces were thin watered down the floor and the base of the walls could be cleaner.. But still better than T B
Been going here over 10 years current manager on staff 5/22/25 was rude to me after he messed up my order twice!
