We ordered a hot dog and loaded French fries yesterday while the truck was at The Hub. We waited over 30 minutes for our order while other guests that ordered behind us, which seemed to be friends of the vendor, were clearly served first. The initial fries that the kid tried to give me where burnt which he took back. They had a sign that said they were short staffed but it appeared there were 3 people in the truck and 1 guy cooking. Doesn't seem so short staffed to me in a food truck. They were unorganized and moved like turtles.
