Friendly staff, good food and daily breakfast and lunch deals.
I have only ordered and eaten the Greek Chicken Salad, and it is surprisingly good. A Styrofoam shell piled high with lettuce, pickles, tomato, feta and chicken, a much larger portion than I expected. Eat outside and you can see the capital dome while rather hidden in the trees. It's a decent break from whatever it may be that brings you to the courthouse.
Tony's Cafe is mostly frequented by visitors and staff of the Leon County Courthouse. The prices are low. The food is pretty basic. I prefer it for breakfast. The omelettes are good. I recommend getting Tony's favorite omelette served on top of grits. The ham egg cheese on croissant is a good breakfast sandwich and my personal favorite. The cafe is on the second floor and the outdoor area is used primarily by smokers. This is because there is no other place to smoke without exiting the building.
