Came in not really knowing what to get. Came out with a bunch a great food and drinks. The employee behind the cash register was super nice and welcoming. He told me about the new chia oatmeal bowl. So I gave it a try. I was not disappointed. The flavors are great and I love oatmeal ☺️the drinks ? were great as well.

I'm going to the store two days straight now and the customer service has been excellent each time. The store is clean and the smoothies taste great. Also the smoothies are always ready as soon as I walk in to get them. Keep up the great work you all. And there was a manager who greeted me when I arrived, she was an African American lady which I thought was very pleasant. The staff in there also were very pleasant and they greeted me also.

The girl In the front never took my order let alone acknowledged me. She was too busy talking on the phone. After 5 minutes I just left.

Whoever made my bahama mama through DoorDash today made the best smoothie I’ve ever had from here omg
I’ve called so many times to file a complaint about my order and no one answered the phone. Not only did they mess up my smoothie after i explained that I have an allergy to banana but there was paper in my food. I wouldn’t be so mad if it was only the smoothie but the fact that I was eating paper with my food was not cool.

I showed up… no one greeted me. I had to stand awkwardly at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me. There was only one other customer in the building waiting. Then they made the person that showed up behind me their food and smoothie before mine. Overall, the service was kinda terribleI came back to review again…. Dropped from 3 stars to 1 because the service actually got worse. ?

I order from tropical smoothie at least 6 times a week and the location I use the most is the one in Tennessee Street. The reason for this is because they are consistent with how to make the smoothies and I don’t ever really have to wonder if it will be a juice once I go inside for my order and a lot of the staff remembers their regulars and always try to deliver your order with precision, politeness, & speed!!!

DO NOT GET FOOD HERE. Smoothies are fine but the food is absolutely terrible. Got a grilled cheese and the cheese wasn't even melted. Also got a Buffalo chicken wrap, cheese wasn't melted, little to no Buffalo sauce and overall tasted terrible. 2/10 on my scale and with it being $8 for a wrap?!? Total waste of money Stick with the smoothies, NEVER BUY FOOD HERE.
