Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I thought that my baja chicken wrap and dragon passion fruit smoothie were both really great. However, I also had gotten a side of the maple glazed sweet potato and I was very disappointed by how terribly cold they were when I got home and bit into the first piece. They were so cold they felt like they were sitting in the fridge all day and then took them out and put them straight in the side dish to give to me! I had to heat them up in the microwave so I could enjoy them. I was about to go back to the store to demand a refund since I paid in cash. I decided I didn't want to drive out there again and just let it slide. But I don't think I will order food from this store again!

If you come to this location you will be waiting for a minimum of 10 minutes per car. I live right next to it and go here all the time cause the location is healthyish food. Terrible job they’ve done here and if anyone’s reads this please don’t waste 30 minutes of your life. It’s faster going to the one down the road

I was traveling and noticed the Tropical Smoothie Cafe

, and I pulled over. The food and smoothies were great my family loved it.

Food is fine, but they don't have any phone to call and place orders ahead and they don't plan on getting one. They blame the land lord but it could be fixed with a company cell phone. Also been a couple times ive had to get them to remake my food bc the person in the kitchen wasn't wearing gloves and was sagging so low that every time he pulled his pants up, he touched his butt through his underwear. Only recommended if you like smoothies, but stay away from the food.

Our server made recommendations of a chicken bacon ranch wrap flatbread I mean, and it was amazing the service and the food are incredible congratulations guys

I used to work here as a teenager and am thoroughly disappointed to see the way this place has fallen apart. It smells awful, like no one has deep cleaned in years. Every time I come in for food, it looks like someone threw my food on the floor, stepped on it, and then wrapped it to serve me. My smoothies are always a mess. The employees dress in their pajamas. Just so disappointing. They also have their phones off so you cannot call and hope to make it right.

I just want to thank the team who worked tonight when I picked up my online order at 8:31 PM. They were busy but I didn't wait long to get catered to. My smoothie was delicious and the chicken quesdilla was chef's kiss, so much so I'm writing this review while eating it! Thank you to person who made my quesdilla, you obviously take pride in what you do. I hope you read this. I also just have to say out of all the Tropical Smoothies in Tally, this location is the most consistent with taste.

First timer and had high expectations. Ordered the jerk chicken wrap with the kale salad side. The wrap was awful. Wilted lettuce, rubbery canned chicken, and a spicy jerk sauce to cover up the awful chicken. The kale salad was under dressed (dry) with a few shavings of brown apple SLITHERS. I'm just guessing for $9 bucks don't ever expect quality food or food that was prepared with someone who cares. Never mind about even attempting a smoothie, their fruit is on its last leg I seen.

Placed an online delivery order for two smoothies a flatbread and a kale salad. The driver delivered the smoothies but not the food. The driver promised to come back with my food (never showed up) tried calling the store several times, the line rings busy or the server is unreachable. I'm out $21.60 and no food. Extremely disappointed!

SKIP THIS LOCATION….Same thing that happened to Diona Setts got a bowl of I guess oatmeal, hard to say when they give it to you completely frozen, absolutely garbage service. Workers are some of the dumbest people I have ever met, this place needs a manager badly, insane this happened to someone a month ago and here we are still making the same mistakes.

The smoothie was great, the food was clean thrown together without much concern for appearance but it was tasty. The reason for my 2 start review is the restaurant is dirty. The floor is sticky, every table dirty, smelled like a dumpster inside and the ceiling is filthy.
If the public area is this dirty- how gross is the food prep area that can’t be seen?

I came into the drive through and I was the only one there, I ordered a pesto flatbread which took almost 7 mins and made me late for work, and I received a chipotle flatbread which I didn’t order and I didn’t have time to go back and get a refund as I was late for work.

Waited 40 minutes for a PB Protein Crunch Bowl that came out warm with some soggy granola and real sad looking bananas. I'll probably just be going down the road to Smoothie King from now on
