Jayden was his name Asian guy very stingy with the servings when ask why so little he tries to charge me more but his intentions wasn’t to please the customer he was quick to throw it in the trash boy you l coulda just put a lil more in there please the customer instead of throwing it out so I got my money back and left I wasted my time and gas but I will never go back to that location Thomasville road Tallahassee Florida go to another location if you don’t want your day ruined l

I was picking up a really big order. I waited not even a minute before they brought out two gigantic iceboxes full of smoothies. They even helped me carry it to the car! Super nice people.

Tropical smoothie of course, is a large corporate restaurant, but I really love the options and it’s definitely a go to for us. We tend to report directly to a tropical smoothie as per the insistence of my teenagers after soccer practice. I will say that their food options are always good though it really takes multiple of them to get filled up. If you are getting a sandwich or a wrap or a quesadilla you really do need to get a smoothie with it to get full or get two of the food items and it really gets very expensive very fast.. They’re smoothie bowls are also amazing and delicious. I’m not gonna lie, they aren’t up there in amazing in comparison to açai smoothie bowl places, but they are definitely worth the cost, and if you choose the right one, it has enough protein in it to offset the high fructose from the fruits. I always say if you can tolerate get no turbinado so that you decrease the amount of unneeded quick burning sugar drastically you can also replace it with Splenda, but of course we know that alternative sweeteners are also garbage and maybe worse or at least comparative to adding a bunch of straight sugar to your food. Anyways, this is not meant to be a lesson and nutrition, I am here to review the tropical smoothie and let you know that if you’ve never given it a try, you should.

Had a horrible experience with an online order. Called to have them fix their mistake and they were incredibly hostile and not friendly on the phone. Accusatory and presumptuous. Wasted a lot of tropical smoothie cafe points on a wrap I was unable to eat. Avoid this location if you enjoy your food made properly and good customer service.

I came into town and I had never been here before. I was unable to check into my hotel until 3 so I came here. The staff was very friendly and very hospitable. I had my luggage with me and they allowed me to wait here until I was able to check in. I ordered lunch and a smoothie and the food was awesome and the smoothie hit the spot and was delicious. I recommend this place very highly. Thank you all so much for being so nice.

Good quality product, but extremely slow customer service. I ordered a single smoothie on a weekday around lunch time and my wait was over 30 minutes from order time to receiving my smoothie. For context, when I ordered, I was the 2nd person in line and there were only a few people waiting at that time.

Parking: Biggest downfall of parking is trying to exit onto Thomasville around that curve. Best bet is to circle it back around and exit on N.Monroe
