Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Literally my favorite tropical smoothie in town. They’re the only ones who make the chocolate chiller without it feeling grainy. The staff is super nice even though they’re almost always busy. I always go out of my way to go to this store over the others.

Literally the worst Tropical Smoothie I've ever been to. Bad customer service and nice nasty employees and managers.

Fast and accurate

Manager Jason was ready rude and unprofessional. My elderly co-worker placed an order at this location mistakenly and called to see if her money could be refunded for her to purchase at a location that was closer to our job. Jason was very rude and refused to refund her money back. She wasn’t able to purchase her own lunch after this , but I purchased her order at the Tropical Smoothie on Apalachee Parkway and the provided exceptional customer service and even apologized for the bad experience my co-worker had. Jason didn’t even offer an apology or show this much empathy for someone supporting the Tropical Smoothie brand. Very tasteless

The smoothies are busting

I want to say by far out of all tropical smoothies this one takes the ball. I absolutely love how they make my smoothie, everything was really quick and staff here is amazing. I really love this location coming from someone who basically lives by the tropical smoothie, I can’t contain my excitement as i’m drinking my awesome choclate right now. I would say 10/10…

Where else (chain-wise) can you conveniently get Vegan chicken in any sandwich, wrap, salad, etc? It's a bit pricey for the portions, but quality is above average. Smoothies are their wheelhouse, but the food is nothing to dismiss. Definitely a healthier option in the world of fast-food.

Went and got a Buffalo Wrap and peanut butter cup smoothie, SO SO SO good. Staff was very friendly and quick, will definitely go back to this location. Shout out to the dude that made my smoothie, A1 customer service.

*update* visted this morning. Food was good, made quick. Shout out to the guy that came out to give me a straw🤘 i had an extra so it was all good, thanks for going the extra mile though brother.
