I absolutely love this place, the service is outstanding, and the facility is always spotless. Every visit, I’m welcomed warmly as soon as I walk in.

From the owner and GM to every team member, everyone is respectful and truly passionate about the job!

I have reached out to the customer service you mentioned, 10-12 times. Every time they say it will get escalated and I should hear something, I haven't heard anything. So NO, my satisifaction and feedback is NOT important to YOU or CORPORATE!

Placed a delivery order in January and never received. I have called about 10 times about getting my money back. I have even went into the place of business and left a message for the manager. Have heard NOTHING! Do not recommend this location.

I will not be back! Staff is amazing however the new portions this corporation has approved is robbery! $15 açaí bowl save your money because the photos shown on the website is a lie.

Tropical smoothie just think what it used to be. Paid 6 bucks for a cup of ice and almost nothing else. Ice wasn't blended fully so it wouldn't fit up my straw. Don't waste your money.

I’ve ordered from this Tropical Smoothie location off Mahan multiple times, but today’s experience was beyond annoying. I placed an online order for a Southwest Chicken Wrap, removing the Chipotle mayo because the app doesn’t allow an “on the side” option—only remove or keep. My plan was simple: pick up my order and ask for a small side of the sauce, which I’ve done before without any issues.

When I arrived, I asked for the sauce on the side, and suddenly, I’m being told I have to pay $0.54. Now, explain this to me: the sauce was already supposed to be on my wrap, and removing it didn’t reduce the price of my meal. So why am I being charged extra just to receive what I already paid for—just in a separate cup? Make it make sense.

If anything, I should be getting a discount for removing an ingredient, not being asked to dig for loose change just to get back what I technically already ordered. This is a ridiculous policy that makes no sense for customer service.

Do better, Tropical Smoothie Mahan. I like the food, but charging people extra for their own sauce on the side? That’s bad business.

Great service, quick and on point, London and Emily were very kind and have fantastic customer service skills.

By far the best location in town. Always plenty of staff. Keep doing what your doing. Mahan and Gov Square take note!!!

Service has always been slow and food is not consistent. Seems to have new staff every time we go hence the inconsistent food and service.

"We enjoyed the deliciously created smoothies and tasty food at this place that offers both healthy frozen beverages and hot dishes. The concept is wonderful; however, the delivery of this fabulous idea fell short. We experienced a very long wait, possibly due to the restaurant having only two hard-working staff members. While we understand that someone might have called out sick, it would be beneficial for them to have at least four people on staff to ensure prompt service for their great products."
