I’ve ordered from this Tropical Smoothie location off Mahan multiple times, but today’s experience was beyond annoying. I placed an online order for a Southwest Chicken Wrap, removing the Chipotle mayo because the app doesn’t allow an “on the side” option—only remove or keep. My plan was simple: pick up my order and ask for a small side of the sauce, which I’ve done before without any issues.

"We enjoyed the deliciously created smoothies and tasty food at this place that offers both healthy frozen beverages and hot dishes. The concept is wonderful; however, the delivery of this fabulous idea fell short. We experienced a very long wait, possibly due to the restaurant having only two hard-working staff members. While we understand that someone might have called out sick, it would be beneficial for them to have at least four people on staff to ensure prompt service...
