Made 2 delivery orders. Each time we order online through Tropical Smoothie and it is never right. Today, 4 items were left off and 2 the previous order. When you call to fix the problem they say well you can come in. No refund offered. Then they blame it on the delivery service. Problem is, you can’t fix that because it is through Tropical Smoothie’s website. No help. Worst customer service. Horrible. Wasting people’s money during such a difficult time.
Wayne Moyner, the GM of this Tropical Smoothie reached out to me in regards to a negative review I had left. Once he messaged me I realized I had the wrong tropical smoothie location. Either way, he was on top of his game and tried fixing the problem immediately. Thanks Wayne!
