Not courteous to disabled ppl. When u see someone can't walk well don't put their drink on the opposite side of the counter and yell their name when u see them sitting right in front of u.

I have tried this location twice and was disappointed in the smoothies. Each one was very bland. I get the island green and watermelon mojito at the north Monroe location and they are excellent! They are made very bland at this location. No sweetness at all ?

I am a faithful Tropical Smoothie lover. I come in at least 5 times a week to this location. Almost all of the employees know me by name and are the sweetest people. Today, there was a young black girl whose attitude was not pleasant. I watched her almost let a door hit customers as they walked in with her. When she re-made my smoothie after leaving chunks of ice in it, it still was not right. She had no urgency/care while remaking my order. Not my usual Tropical Smoothie experience and it breaks my heart because I love this location. Super sad that this was my experience.

I ordered a mango magic and they took forever to make it. When I finally did get my smoothie, it had no flavor.

I went in to get my favorite smoothie, Peanut Paradise with whey protein, before I has to go into work and I was running late so I wanted to quickly order and get out. I was first greeted by all the staff with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. When I went to order, I took a quick look at the menu even though I already knew what I wanted. The worker behind the register told me to take my time and to let him know if I had any questions. I gave my order and was told it was going to be out in a few minutes. Then I watched him make my smoothie in less than 2 minutes and was asked if I needed anything else. One of the best Tropical Smoothie experiences I’ve had, all thanks to a nice worker named Brandon!

Asking for tips and then telling me how much to tip is out of control. I’m not against tipping but it should be up to the customer not the store. I will not go to TS again because of this outrageous practice.
