Discriminatory and unprofessional behavior. Avoid this location.
I came in with a valid receipt coupon that clearly states I can get a smoothie for $1.99 with the purchase of a wrap. Nowhere on the coupon does it say there’s a limit to how often it can be used. Instead of honoring it, the manager hid behind the staff and had them deliver a made-up rule that I could only use it once every two weeks. Completely unprofessional. If there’s a limit, it should be printed, not enforced selectively. The fact that the manager didn’t have the integrity to speak to me directly but had employees relay this nonsense speaks volumes. It felt targeted and discriminatory. I will not be returning.
Noah,Ethan, Zoe, Brian first off they said “Welcome In” that made my day from a 0 to a 10, and then they took meal so well and made it so fast but even though it was made fast it was made with the love. Their bright smile shined the store making everyone’s mood even better.
