I am a faithful Tropical Smoothie lover. I come in at least 5 times a week to this location. Almost all of the employees know me by name and are the sweetest people. Today, there was a young black girl whose attitude was not pleasant. I watched her almost let a door hit customers as they walked in with her. When she re-made my smoothie after leaving chunks of ice in it, it still was not right. She had no urgency/care while remaking my order. Not my usual Tropical Smoothie experience...

I went in to get my favorite smoothie, Peanut Paradise with whey protein, before I has to go into work and I was running late so I wanted to quickly order and get out. I was first greeted by all the staff with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. When I went to order, I took a quick look at the menu even though I already knew what I wanted. The worker behind the register told me to take my time and to let him know if I had any questions. I gave my order and was told it was going...

Food was great and smoothies where well crafted. The bathrooms where nice and clean, very modern interior design. The staff seemed a little unorganized, but overall great experience.
