I called at 8:30 to place an order, the girl on the phone was like “we close at 9 so you need to be here before 9, and it will be a 30 minute wait, we’re also very busy.” I said okay that’s fine. she then proceeds to place me on hold, i wait, she hangs up. overall, I will never go here again. the service is piss poor. if I could give this place a negative rating I would.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Ur Bowl location in Tennessee, and I wanted to share my wonderful experience. As soon as I stepped inside, I was captivated by the beautiful woodwork that adorned the interior. It felt like I had stepped into a serene forest, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere.The attention to detail in the woodwork was truly remarkable. From the intricately carved designs to the rich, natural tones of the wood, it added a touch of warmth and authenticity to the space. It created a cozy and intimate ambiance that made our dining experience all the more enjoyable.Of course, the food at Ur Bowl did not disappoint either. The flavors were authentic and made with obvious care and passion. Each dish we tried was bursting with delicious flavors and showcased the culinary expertise of the kitchen.The combination of the beautiful woodwork and the delectable food made our visit to Ur Bowl truly memorable. It was a feast for the senses, and my family and I left with a sense of satisfaction and contentment.I highly recommend visiting the Ur Bowl location in Tennessee. I ordered ahead and 45 minutes later I was told I would have to wait another 20 minutes. Service was horrible, the girl at the register was rude. Employees show no sense of urgency. Food does not look similar to pictures, cucumbers were soggy.

Honestly anytime I’m sick or feeling under weather I order the create your own ramen bowl !! Add eggs , chicken , shrimp tempura duhhhh, steamed shrimp , woodchuck ear mushrooms, veggies . I like mine spicy with the dark oil sauce I don’t know the name buts it’s delicious. The first time I went the girl didn’t offer it the second time the girl put me on now I get it everytime. Feels like home in a bowl. This place gets busy. They forgot my eggs once so make sure everything is in order before leaving. Absolutely recommended this place best in town
First time here and the food was delicious. I had the Cherry Blossom poke Bowl with salad rather than rice and it was delicious, but the aioli sauce was applied a little too heavily - at least when over salad instead of rice. Rice probably would’ve absorbed the extra sauce. My husband had the Tonkotsu Ramen bowl and thought it was very good but not spicy (even though he ordered it spicy). Beautiful space. Gave the service only a 3 because of the long delay between my bowl coming out and his (10 minutes). But we will be back.

2/29 very slow service and only me + 2 other customers. Receipt says 4:30 but got order at 4:58. Also, girls who work here (clearly college students) were loudly cursing in conversation for all customers to hear. Very unprofessional/rude. If I had not paid, I would have left.Food tastes

Delicious food.I do not like how they use thick spongy noodles for thier pho, big disappointment.
The atmosphere is good, place is clean and has good vibes. The boba is not your made from scratch boba so it tasted a little off. However, the smoothie flavor was really good. As for the ramen, I give it a 3/5 because this is not the greatest ramen I have had. Definitely there’s better ones out there but I enjoyed it.

I came in at 940 PM. There were 4 employees working and not one of them looked at me or spoke to me. After a few minutes I walked up to one (she was larger and had short hair) and asked if I could still order food.She said they were getting ready for close, but yes. After another few minutes of waiting I opted to leave rather than wait on the employees to close early.
