I ordered delivery (4/20/2025) from Vale Co., Tallahassee (Madison St. location) through Uber Eats and was missing an item (acai bowl). I talked with the person who delivered the food and she said that I received everything she was given to deliver. I then called many times to the restaurant and no one picked up. Left a message and no one returned my calls. All I want is a refund for the charges associated with the missing item in my order.
My first time experiencing Vale and I must say “super duper” delicious! Steve was the best! His customer service was superb! I will most definitely be back!
Food is delicious BUT NEVER has our order ever been assembled correctly or packed in a manner to not have it smashed. This is our third attempt at ordering from Vale but it will definitely be our last! Totally disappointed in their lack of dealing with the customer directly instead of thru the Uber driver during the prepping stage and subsequent nonexistent follow thru after calling to complain. Not worth the headache and trouble of dealing with them again.
