Amazing service, best expresso martinis around. Jazz night is a vibe. Priscilla is so educational on the wine list and gave me instructions on exactly what wine I was looking for. Priscilla is the reason why I come back to Vino Beano every weekend!

My food took over an hour to come out. I ordered a chicken Caesar and tater tots, for reference. Another table here has ordered maybe 3 charcuterie boards, a burger, and multiple drinks and they have all received their orders although mine was placed before. I am not typically one to complain but this is the worst service I have had in a while. Zero sense of urgency whatsoever.

The food menu on their website and on display to grab is wrong. No signs indicated that and the workers at the front did not tell me as I grabbed the large plastic menu in front of them. I went to order the drinks and food and that's when the employee told me the food menu was outdated and gave me a paper food menu.
The paper food menu was not a condensed version of the previous menu, it was an entirely different offering. I had to stand there and try to pick an entirely different meal for myself and my daughter as my drinks were already entered in.
I picked the chicken & waffle sandwich and the employee asked me what bread I wanted which threw me off because the waffles should be the bread. I picked one and was charged extra for the bread, which never came, as the sandwich came as I expected: chicken between two waffles. So the employee was clearly not knowledgeable about the menu.
For my daughter's replacement meal I picked mac & cheese and they were out. Back to the drawing board on this entirely new menu. She got a cheese Flatbread and she loved it, it did look pretty good.
Overall 2.5 stars because it's unreasonable to have an inaccurate food menu on your website and on display with no indication that it is outdated. Re-print the drink menu as well rather than confuse people. And ensure employees aren't charging people extra for parts of a meal that aren't even included.
Great vibe, and love the decor. Menu is great for fun shareable apps. Cappuccino lacked frothiness, and served in a tiny glass mug which didn’t keep beverage hot. But I’d definitely come back - the ambience is perfect for studying or chilling with friends in a great place

Brought my Mom visiting from Miami here and she truly loved her experience. The servers went out of their way to make sure that she knew all of the varying items that were offered, and how they paired with types of wine. I will continually bring my friends and loved ones here. Truly they care about presenting the highest quality product while engaging with the guests every moment. 10/10 try the charcuterie board!

Absolutely amazing time! Vino does many events and I have to recommend the jazz night. The incredible service paired excellently with the killer jazz band. Nothing but smiles from other customers and staff! After enjoying the music I took a stroll to the beautiful Lake Ella right around the corner and enjoyed a splendid rest of the evening.
