A place that was busy, I had traveled with my family for more than 8 hours and there were people eating, and they told us that we could not order and that it was only for takeout.

Went in to order a takeout, I was ignored by three different waitresses. It took a male employee to let them know I was wanting to order. I was treated standoffish by the waitress. I placed my order and then added 2 cups of coffee a minute after. The waitress act like she was annoyed. When I got the bag of food I left and when I got to the hotel room I discovered I didn't get the coffee, the receipt didn't show she added the coffee. The bacon was burnt I didn't get all that needed condiments that come with the meal. Should always check the order before leaving, lessons learned. We are very disappointed with this establishment would never order from here again.

This is by far the BEST and most cleanest waffle house I've ever stepped in. We travel a lot and I was skeptical about coming here but glad we did !! The owner greeted us immediately when we arrived. It was busy but we didn't have to wait long. Our food was excellent and the service was impeccable! Our server was very attentive! The owner is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure your requests are met and some! We will definitely be back to this waffle house !
Came in during first shift 9/7/2024. Everything was absolutely perfect. One of the most efficient and personable waffle house crews I have seen in a long time. They all deserve a raise. As a former Rockstar 3rd shift supervisor myself, very impressed.

Food was good however the young black female server clearly was having a bad day. First when she brought my drinks her hand was around the lip of my cup and tea was sloshing around her fingers ( yuck ) then she halfway threw my bowl of chili in front of me and walked off. She didn’t ask if I needed anything just stormed off. I attempted to get her attention however she did not respond I had to get up and ask another server for a spoon and crackers. I was about two spoon full away from finishing my chili when she brought my check and then realized I didn’t even get all of my food. This young lady needs to be educated on customer service. Hailey and the older lady who did help me was amazing I wish Hailey would have kept the table. I wanted to tip them both but did not want to cause any friction between them and the young girl. FYI I could have been a secret shopper ?
