Yes it's waffle house but how horrible! Service was dreadful, no refills, cook was spraying floor with a hose while our food was on the griddle... Waffles were served took forever to get syrup!!!

Ordered online today and couldn’t modify my meal so I tried calling and there is no option to speak with someone. So when I got inside I explained it to the Manager who had no problem fixing my order. Her and her staff were very nice and understanding. I was amazed to see all women getting along and having a great shift. I appreciate you all.

We went at 6:40pm on 10/10/2025. The cook was not listening to the server and made most of our food wrong. Talking on the phone on speakerphone the entire time. She had a terrible attitude and even tried to confront the server for putting her own food down. This is a place we used to love coming to but bad employees will ruin the place.

I’m in Tallahassee on a business trip and worked late so I stopped at the Waffle House and I was so impressed with this location my waitress ( Shantel ) was very nice and attentive and the cook ( Lashanda ) was the best cook I have ever had at anyWaffle House I have been to in the past. They should have her train all the new cooks she is so good and I hope she is working on my next business trip to Tallahassee. The other girl (Katelyn) was not my waitress but didn’t want to leave her out because she was working hard and was very friendly too. The whole experience was very nice
