Food was terrible, I had the shrimp and grits, granddaughter had the oysters and crawfish.
My first and last time , definitely won’t be eating there again.

I want to extend a special shout-out to Kermit, Nate, and Dayna.
We visited Wahoo on a bustling Monday night for the specials, and despite the crowd, they were absolutely INCREDIBLE!!!!!
Their positivity and warm welcome stood out as they efficiently managed multiple tables, even with a limited staff. With the influx of people coming in for happy hour, they truly made it happen.

Thank you ALL for your outstanding efforts and ensuring everyone was well taken care of despite the challenges. You ALL ROCK!!!!!!!
We will be back!

The place was empty, the Crab Bisque was over salty I didn’t finish it. The server was a nice woman.

We stopped in to eat while traveling. It was close by where we were staying. I ordered the chips and salsa. The server told me that it was more of a pico instead of salsa, so I got the queso with it. The queso was probably in the cooler in a small plastic container(individual serving size), but was warmed up. When it got to the table there was a layer of cooled cheese that I had to skim off the top. The pico had no flavor at all. My husband got the chargrilled oysters that came with cheddar cheese on top. It was very dry with no flavor. The inside of the “restaurant” smelled musty and the carpet was very worn. It seemed to be more of a hangout for people to drink and watch sports. We paid for our appetizers and then drove down the road for another meal. We definitely will be avoiding this place.

Followed Tripadvisors suggestion to come here for lunch. I got to say we're pleasantly impressed. I got the shrimp quesadilla which was full of shrimp and my wife got a shrimp po boy and was barely able to finish half a sandwich and the last few pieces of shrimp. (Can't leave any shrimp behind!). Maria was our server and she was so pleasant. She even brought my wife an iced tea to go. Didn't even have to ask!

Very disappointed! I was excited for good seafood. I’d this was not it! Service was very slow and the inside of the restaurant felt very humid. The food lacked flavor. The ship tacos w bang bang sauce was the only good thing g we had. The 1/2 # boiled shrimp w medium spice had absolutely no flavor. The melted butter than came w them I’m not even sure it was butter. The boiled corn that came w it was hard and needed to boil a little longer. The drinks were decent but over priced. Overall not impressed at all!

After all the good things ive heard about this restaurant, it was a HUGE letdown to say the least.The building itself is way outdated and in much need of an upgrade. While the food was mediocre at best the first time i tried them, i figured i would try it again, everyone has off days. And e erybody deserves a second chance, right? A shot at redemption? WRONG! Went there again tonight and was told the kitchen was closed due too being short staffed! And this was around 6:30 pm! Wont be going bacķ. I will be shocked if this place is open a year from now
