Walmart Bakery

I had ordered a cupcake cake for my son's birthday and when I went to pick up the lady brings out a regular cake. When I showed her the paperwork she realized she had made the wrong one. She imedimmedia told me that it would only take 45mins to make the correct item I had ordered which I was willing to accept but I had noticed that everything else I had ordered for the cupcake cake was correct on the cake she had made. She then offered without my asking to sell me that one for the same price I was expecting to pay. I could tell she was over worked and understaffed and mistakes happened. I just went with the cupcake cake cause it was cheaper so I accept. What I didn't know was she also gave another 5 dollar discount for the inconvenience. I never got her name but you have a customer for life with me. Thank you for your professionalism and your on the ball problem solving skills. I'll see you around Sept and dec. For other birthdays in my family. Thank you bakery lady. My son was still happy with the regular cake.
