Special shoutout to Aggy, the bartender, who made the night unforgettable. She’s knowledgeable without being pretentious, genuinely friendly, and has a knack for recommending drinks you’ll actually love. Her whiskey pairings were spot-on, and she makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time there.

Warhorse is one of my favorites in Tallahassee- you can order food and drink at the bar and the bartenders are incredible. Raven is hands down one of the best tenders in tally. Sometimes Gaines street gets busy which may take food a little longer, but the bar is ALWAYS on point.

My first time coming here. The atmosphere is not welcoming. I didn’t know you go to the bar and order, so we sat down at a table. Completely ignored, until we waved at a bartender. Was told to come sit at the bar. There was a group who was sitting at a table that had menus, so they’re ordering at their table. The bartender with a beard and the glasses wasn’t friendly to us but was good with guests. We decided to leave because it was very uncomfortable. We were the only black people in bar. I heard the pizza was good but the atmosphere is unwelcoming.

I usually have a good experience when I go here, but I sat there at a table for 15 minutes the server made eye contact with me several times and did not come up to the table to greet us. Again, I have never been treated like this before and I usually love this place. I ended up leaving and going to another bar.

Cassidy was also a delight, providing top-notch customer service throughout our visit.The food was outstanding – we devoured a large pizza and cheese bread, but the real star of the show was the ranch dressing! Creamy, flavorful, and absolutely addictive.From start to finish, our experience at Warhorse was nothing short of exceptional. This turned out to be a good spot for a drink after a long day of driving.We were staying the night at the Marriott across the road and asked for a recommendation for a place to go for a drink. They suggested the Warhorse. We strolled over and sat at the bar. The place was not very busy, it being the Friday after Christmas I guess.Service was great. Zac was wonderful at providing a couple of drinks with giving him some insight to what we like and do not like.I would not say I would go there for the atmosphere.
