I want to spotlight New York and Gabe (forgive me if I missed the name) — they are consistently amazing every time I stop in. I’m on the road a lot because of my work, and whether it’s grabbing coffee or fueling up, their energy, professionalism, and friendliness never miss. The french fries were really hard but my snack wrap, sandwich and peppermint mocha were all really nice so no big deal.

Decent Wawa to try and get into and out of many fuel pumps too, staff always asks how you are which is nice too. Good soft pretzel too.

Seriously!? This is NOT Wawa. Absolutely untrained understaffed rude employees. Place is filthy almost every time i've been in. Fountain machine is sticky and always out of something. Coffee station is disgusting, and also always out of several choices. (you have one job! MAKE COFFEE!) I met the regional manager when they opened the Woodville location. Even she agreed this store is horrible. Employees could care less if you get the correct not. No eye contact, no greeting. They act as if they are doing you a favor to get you your order. If you can't keep the quality, STOP opening stores that can't be run properly. Way too many other choices around.

Today around noon (10/28/25) I purchased $10.00 in gas. There was approximately 3.3 gallons at $2.61 per gallon. A few minutes ago I checked my bank transactions to find I have been charged $75.00. How could this have possibly happened? I was told at the pump to go inside to get my receipt Because the total was a low $10.00, I could remember the amount. I drove home thinking everything was in good order. (I have just driven away from other stations without a receipt and have never been overcharged.) What in this world happened. BTW, because this occurred, I CANNOT PAY MY RENT ON NOVEMBER 1, 2025! WaWa please correct this immediately by issuing my $65.00 credit!

You have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for your food and you have to pay for it before you get it. It really is not worth even eating it. I will not be going back other places have cheaper prices even on gas.

They often run out of food and it's super annoying. And today I sat outside for 20 minutes waiting for my curbside order. Then they told me the app screwed up. Other than that I love the food and the gas prices.

1) ordered a sandwich in the app and the payment froze up. I decided to get lunch somewhere else.. I got charged to it 2 days later

2)ordered smoothies for my family..waited 15 minutes and they gave them to someone else!
Then told us to reorder them.. the inside computer did have the same options. We asked for our money back after they made things so complicated. They said they couldn’t give our money back. That we would have to call a 1(800) number. SMH why? Why are they handing out our food without looking at their receipt?!!?

The customer service in regard to food is not good. The pickup online order service is also not good, I had to wait 20 minutes for a hoagie that was already ready! The lack of communication between staff and from the app to the customer is bad.

It's always slow, rude staff, and the prices are high, but it's poor quality food. For example they charge $4.09 + tax for 2 meatballs that are most likely ordered frozen out a bag with blan sauce on it. They are the size of a chicken nugget so thats a rip off. Everytime I order curbside the never bring my food out. I go in and they just say I thought someone else did it, or just call us next time. I always reply is the call required? They say not at all. If I needed to call then what am I putting in my space# for? They only positive thing is the rewards programs via the app, and also a good sale from time to time. Can't wait for Buccee's.
