Manager refused to serve us at 5pm on a weekend. Told us to go through the drive through because she didnt have staff at the register. I asked if we could eat inside and she just stared at us like we were crazy. Doors were open, could see half a dozen staff members working at the time. We drove elsewhere.

The food was good. If only I got the sauce I'd order and straws. I actually placed 2 orders. For my family. No straws, no sauce. Or ketchup.
The sandwiches were made pretty good. Correctly.
The most disappointing thing was my frosty tho. Looked like a pump of frosty ice cream in a large clear cup. I posted a photo. Other than that everything was ok.

Order a breakfast baconator what I got served was not a breakfast baconator it was bacon egg and some kind of sweet stuff that made it taste absolutely horrible. They have their phone set up so you cannot call them and let them know they made an error on your order. My question is do they have so many bad experiences that they don't want to talk to their patrons this morning was absolutely horrible I don't have time to go back to the restaurant and they won't accept a phone call looks like I'll be looking for a new place for my breakfast this is absolutely ridiculous

The management or owner needs to fire everyone and just start over. There were only two cars in front of me and I must have waited 30 minutes to get my order. When I got to the window, they were talking about refunding another customer's money and didn't say a single word to me or about a few minutes . It took the guy another few minutes just to run a simple credit card and blamed my card for his incompetence. I enjoy Wendy's but this location is horrible.

I was just told they only have fries and nuggets through drive through. They're only accepting cash today as well. Its always a issue with getting food out at this location. How can a fast food places run out of burgers and sandwiches? I'll never come here again! I couldn't even order a biggie bag because they don't have the products to make it.

Terrible drive-through service. Waited for over 10 minutes to receive our meal, then my burger had wrong toppings and fries which I didn’t request. Missing drink and requested ketchup, which I finally went into restaurant for 5 minutes later.

every single time i order here they always get my order wrong and are always out of items on my order but never tell me even though i paid for it so either i get half assed substitutions or just flat out don’t receive the item. also absolutely ridiculous that the combo meals went from four dollars to five to eight. never buying here again!!!

What a sorry excuse for an wendys staff has no idea what they doing and can speak english no fires juice is flat and when I ask they say "I can't do nothing about it" then wait 45 minutes for nothing when I couldve went to McDonalds for food whoever runs the midnight shift should quit
