I never send poor reviews. I just never go back. However , I truly feel like this location needs to be looked into. I always have the worse experiences at this location. The service is…I don’t even have the words. Unfortunately it’s the closest to my home, but from now on I will never go there. They don’t have any of the food yet they process orders as if they do, and then refuse to refund. Conveniently we can’t request a refund through Customer Service due to it being closed. It’s really always something at this location, and I am over it.

The whole team was being rude when I came to walk in to order said “no I’m not taking your orders” when we came through the drive through and placed our orders and drove up they claimed they didn’t take our order at all

Employees sitting around doing nothing. Told me I have to go inside to order food even though I'm handicapped. I will be filing a for.al complaint. Said anything more than 2 meals I had to come inside. I'm in a back brace and boot and my mobility is limited and then while my kids were inside they had the audacity to talk bad. They are horrible and need to be replaced as workers because if you don't like your job find another one!

I strongly advise against dining here, regardless of your hunger level. The staff exhibits unprofessional behavior, including neglecting to wash their hands before handling food. I have witnessed unsanitary practices, such as an employee engaging in illegal activities outside. The building's cleanliness is also a concern, and the food appears to be old and cold. Furthermore, the manager displays a poor attitude. I hope the authorities take necessary actions to address these issues and consider shutting down this location due to its unsanitary conditions and unhealthy practices.

Very Bad Customer Service from All The Female Employees who Work morning shift food was cold and they all had a very Nasty Attitude they have there kids at work with them they have Wendy's looking like a daycare center instead of a restaurant the store is very dirty and uncleaned And the store Manager is very Unprofessional to be a manager and in charge of this Wendy's she's not doing her job as mic someone needs to do something about her and the female employees

Even though they had closed a young guy seemed to be the only guy workin. As I had 2 doordash orders to pick up. He made it happen on top of other orders that pulled up to the drive thru!👏🏾👏🏾🙏🏾

I always come to order the $5 biggie bag Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and my burger never has lettuce, tomatoes, sometimes bacon. And the food never stays hot long.

This is the absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Took me twenty minutes to get my food so I had to take it to go so I wouldn’t be late back to work. Then I open the bag and realize I paid 15$ for what was supposed to be a triple baconator meal is a Dave’s single. Not to mention the whole lobby is filled with people just hanging out. Not eating or buying food just chilling. If I had the time I would have went back. But nope. Just get screwed.

We walked into the restaurant at 9am and the whole staff was sitting at the tables like they were customers, eating, on their phones - VERY unprofessional. Parking lot dirty with trash that nobody had bothered to pick up yet. We had to ask to have the breakfast menu turned around so we could order, customer service was SEVERELY lacking. Don't plan on going back there anytime soon!!
